Third Person POV

Nearly everyone had a guilty look on there face.Matsushita's bangs were covering her eyes and she was kneeling on the ground.

Ayanakoji looked at the scene and just left.Matsushita had brought it upon herself.

Matsushita POV

Slowly everyone started leaving.The only person remaining were me and Kushida.

I looked at Kushida with anger.

"You smiled while seeing the panel didn't you.You manipulated all of us."I said.

Her expression changed.

A smirk was visible on her face.

"My,my Matsushita San.It seems you are making a mistake.You were the one who suggested she was the GameMaster in the first place."

A feeling of regret erupted in my heart.I didn't even realise that I was crying.

The feeling of wanting to get out of this game had clouded my emotions.Her death was due to my naivety.

Kushida came near me,and knelt down to my level.

"Well then Chiaki San I'll tell you what exactly happened today.She wasn't the one who discovered his body.I was the one.My room is right next to Koenji's,yes I live in room 34 and he lives in 35.Still you never doubted me.You have just entered the game Matsushita San.We have seen much darker times.Your inexperience and arrogance led to her death."

I couldn't find words to speak.Why did I never question Kushida.My arrogance cost an innocent life.

Kushida looking at my face smirked.She continued,"When I found the body,I was a little scared but I formed a plan.I decided to frame someone else.And then I remembered Hiyori's conversation with Koenji yesterday.That made hiyori the perfect scapegoat."

As I heard more,I came to know.That I was the weakest one here.

"I requested hiyori to say that she was the one to discover the corpse.To make her believe I said that my room was next to Koenji's so I would be accused.I said that her room was far from Koenji's so she won't be blamed.And being the innocent girl she blindly believed me.Just because I helped her once before in the past, she trusted me."She chuckled a bit

"Thats why she was nervous.She had never seen the murder scene herself.That's the reason she was delaying answering your questions.She was trying her best to help me.I promised if the suspicions lands on her,I will help her.But I was the one who set her up so I never planned on helping her."With that she started laughing.

Their were many elements like Ayanakoji, Sakayanagi and Kushida who were stronger than me.

I am pathetic compared to them.

Now that I realised, ayanakoji didn't vote for hiyori.So he knew she wasn't the impostor.But he didn't even tell us.My fists clenched.That guy,what the hell is his problem.

If he had told us then than maybe hiyori would have been alive.

But Kushida started laughing again on seeing my face,"My,my aren't you blaming someone else."

Huh how did she know what I was thinking?

"Its written all over your face."Kushida simply stated.

She continued,"When you first entered the game,I thought things would be interesting.But you don't seem any special from those retards playing the game.Don't blame your incompetence on someone else Matsushita."

With that she left me.

She was right.

I was really pathetic.I was blaming ayanakoji for my shortcomings.
