Sleepover competition

(Hey so how's im going I go back to school tomorrow so probably won't write as much.)

Luz POV:
We were just sitting on the couch taking when we got on to the topic of who stayed up the latest. Boscha said it was her because she would stay up for hours or her scroll, and Amity said it was her because she would do school work. Willow said that she just couldn't go to sleep sometimes. I knew I could probably stay up the longest but I wanted to keep out of conversation now turning argument but that went down the drain as king jumped up and said "Me and Luz are the kings of not sleeping, sometimes we will stay up all night together."

My scroll started to vibrate and appear in front of me. "Who is it" Amity asked . I looked to see Eda's name pop up. I picked it up quickly. "Oh hey Eda What you need?" "Hi Luz, turns out this is gunna be a little longer then I thought I probably won't be back till some time tomorrow." "Ok that's fine." I said. She then said goodbye and hung up. "What was that about?" Boscha asked. "Oh Eda won't be home till tomorrow." She smiled "that's it, we will have a sleepover!" "A sleepover?" Amity asked "yea like to see once and for all who can stay up the longest." Boscha said proudly. "Oh I get it so like non sleep sleepover!" I said shooting her finger guns.

"We should make this interesting. Losers have to by the winner lunch for the week." Willow said smiling. "Sounds good to me." Boscha said. "How about about we add more people so we don't spend all our snails?" Willow said. "Good idea, I'll call Ed and Em, Boscha call skara, and Willow you get Gus." Amity said

Within minutes Edric, Emira, skara and Gus were at the door. We explained what was happening and they were all in for it.

We sat and talked for a while and before I knew it it was already 10:30. Edric had decided we would tell scary story's in the dark. Bosha was finishing up her story and king was clinging to my arm. "Are you scared King?" I asked "what no the king of demons is not scared of anything!" Suddenly the door flung open. King jumped up into my arms. "Ahh don't eat me eat the teens first!" He scream. "King it only hooty." I said, amity sat next to me Laughing at his out burst. "Hey guys, when's my turn to tell a scary story.oh boy do I have a good one it's called the Hooty and fly story, hoot hoot.

The time went incredibly slow as hooty told his story. King was snuggled up in my lap while amity leans against my shoulder she looked kinda cold. "Hey Blight do want my jacket, you look kinda cold?" She looked up at me and nodded. I gave her my jacket. I watched as she put it on it was kinda long on her but it only made her look cuter "you look cute in my jacket." I said smiling at her. She looked up at me. "Can I have the hat too?" She asked with pouting lip, she grabbed my shoulder and pulled me down close to her face. "I uhh.. don't push it Blight." I said trying not to blush.

"What time is it." I asked amity who sat next to me on my bed looking through pentagram. "About 1:30." Most of us were still up. Skara had passed out on the couch downstairs not far passed 11. Gus was in a beanbag in the corner of my room already half asleep. Edric and Emira were laying in a sleeping bag that used to be mine till I got the bed that me, Blight and King were on. Boscha and Willow were laying on the floor on thare scrolls a blanket on top of them.

I looked around the room. Gus now had his head back snoring softly. "Yes" I said softy as I noticed Edric was also asleep. Amity looked over at me and smiled "are we wining?" She asked. "Yea Edric and Gus are out." She nodded before spinning a pink circle and her school work appeared, and she began to do the work. "What ur doing ur school work?" Boscha asked she just nodded. "Wow ok then." Boscha said laying down snuggling up next to Willow. "Yup that's my little sister always gotta be little miss perfect." Emira said not looking up from her scroll. " oh don't pretend that your not mom's idea of a perfect daughter, because according to mom you can do no wrong." Amity said a bit irritated. Emira just glanced up at her then back down at her scroll her expression was clearly upset by Amity's response.

I picked up my scroll it was 2:47 am. Willow and Boscha were both dead asleep. And Amity was now reading through her magic book. While Emira was now staring at the ceiling. Nither of them had said anything since the Little miss perfect comment. " hey Blight what are you reading?" I asked "Nothing important." She said. I looked over at Emira "What you thinking about." "Nothing interesting cutie." She said sweetly. Amity shot straight up in bed " Can you stop flirting with my Luz." "I'm not flirting with I was just saying what she is cute." She said. " Well if we were just stating what Luz is then then I would call her pretty,cute,and kinda really hot. But we're not doing that so can you just shut the hell up." She slapped her hand over her mouth realizing what she said, she then jumped out of bed and ran down stairs.

Emira looked at me "you should probably go after her because at this point she's gotta be pissed at me." I nodded and ran after her. I looked for her for a minute before finding her in the storage closet. I sat down on the floor next to her. "I'm sorry Noceda I shouldn't have said that shit, I was just pissed, you probably think I'm a fucking weirdo now. I looked at her Blight I don't think your a weirdo, I know you were just mad, we are still friends."She looked down and mumbled something I couldn't here before leaning over and hugging me. "I'm glad." She said against my shoulder but I could feel her start to cry. I just hugged her closer because that's what friends do.
