Kiss

Amity POV
I woke up the next morning in Luz's arms we were snuggled up in the closet still. I could feel her breathing softly against my ear. I was in her lap her arms around my waist I had my face pressed to her chest I could hear her hart beating. I know it's not right to feel this way about my friend but I had butterflies in my stomach and I could tell I was blushing, but I'm not gunna lie I kinda like the feeling and hate it at the same time I hate the way I feel vulnerable but I like how the bit of adrenaline kicked in, I like the way her holding me close makes me feel safe and warm, but I don't like the way I know she just thinks we're friends. Oh Titan I want kiss her so bad. I sigh and snuggle closer to her.

"Hey Blight you comfy?" She whispered into my ear. I sat up with lightning speed. "I uh No I mean yeah..are you?" She looked at me. " yea your like a snuggly blanket, who new Amity Blight was into cuddling." She joked. I wanted to match her Energy and play along with it, I guess joke flirting is better then nothing. "Only with you Noceda." I insisted lifting her chin to look at me. She leaned forward until our faces were inches apart. " oh really that's good to know, maybe you should stay over more often." I swallowed hard at what she said it almost felt like she wasn't just joking around. "Maybe I will." I put a hand on her shoulder. Her grip on my waist tightened and she was hardly an inch away from my face.

"Do uh you listen to girl in red?" She asked staring into my eyes. I didn't say anything just nodded. "What would you do if I kissed you?" I asked. "I would kiss you back." She said I could feel her breath on my face. "Would we still be just friends afterward could we act like it didn't happen in public." I questioned. "if you want to I just really want to kiss you." I nodded "ok then kiss me." Then she leaned forward and our lips touched and electricity shot through my body and leaned in more she didn't have on any chapstick this but I still felt the zing feeling, and I loved it.

Her hand were tangled up in my hair as she pulled away. "Oh my god. I just kissed you!" She grinned. "We just kissed, and I really want to do it again." I giggled. "Can we do it again?" She asked, I just nodded and leaned into another firework kiss.

It had probably been about 20 minutes. And Luz and I finally decided to go out and get some food from downstairs. "Hang on ima go to the bathroom." I said walking the way of the bathroom. She nodded and went down stairs. I shut and locked the bathroom door behind me. I fixed my hair and adjusted my choker. I then looked in the mirror and let out a little squeal. Ok you got this amity just breath walk down stairs and act like you didn't just make out with Luz. And with that I opened the bathroom door and went downstairs.
