The king was in his bed with Yao at his bedside, doing some health checks cautiously. Alfred and Matthew stood by nervously with Arthur and Fritz nearby. None of the men dared to speak a word in case it disturbed Yao's train of thought. Alfred wasn't sure how to feel at this point. He didn't feel ready to take over the throne so soon, let alone anything else. Matthew placed a hand on his brother's shoulder to reassurance while Fritz and Arthur drifted outside for a chat.

Fritz was keeping up his appearance to maintain his pride before speaking to his servant friend. "Arthur, I think we will have to prepare for the worst. It could be likely that our majesty may not have long to live." He said in a calm tone. Arthur didn't know how to react to this statement and covered his mouth with his hand. This was not what he wanted to hear from the king's associate. "Do the boys know?" Arthur asked. Fritz shook his head in woe before speaking again. "Please do not say a word just in case. I trust that he's in good hands with Yao but even he may not be able to do a lot for the king now..." He said. Arthur nodded to acknowledge his understanding. "I see..." He said.

Fritz spoke but with a lighter tone this time to the servant. "On another note, the boys had notified the king about your incident and what they believed triggered it and they had spoke to the man in question. The king is no longer associated with him now so you don't have to worry about it." He said. Arthur looked up in confusion. "How come, I thought they were business partners..." he said. Fritz shook his head. "They had a conversation with the boys present and renegotiated on their terms." He said.

Matthew and Alfred were sitting with the two men talking which was calm until the king talked about the criminal statement.

"It had occurred to me Mr Blackwell that your family were not living under legal conditions. One of our servants here whom was previously yours has confirmed that either you or one of your family members was arrested for...assault. Care to explain this?" The king spoke. Blackwell chuckled to brush off the accusation.

"I don't know who's grandmother you heard this from but my son is in jail for a small crime with a knife. It was nothing to do with any slaves or servants I've got. I treat them like they should be treated." Blackwell boasted. The king was not impressed. "Mr Blackwell. This is a serious matter, no man would go to prison for a 'small' crime like that. It would had to have been a dire situation." He explained. Blackwell wasn't having and dared to challenge the king. "Who told you? One of your sons? They never understand what any of us do to get by. We don't get the same luxury." He points. Alfred's eyebrows furrowed.

"At least our servants don't get hurt or treated like their pests or lower than people." He spoke out. Blackwell turned his attention to the man and pointed with anger towards the boy while physically stomping towards him. "How dare you speak out to me you little runt. I am a well respected business man, not a spoilt brat like you! Do you hear me you ungrateful r-" He spoke but found himself whisked back by an invisible source. The king's eye were glowing in blue before returning to their natural colour. The king forced the man back on his feet and made him sit down.

"Our recent one who was under your wing had shown and told us more than enough to sever our ties with you. We do not encourage such treatment to servants." The king spoke firmly. Blackwell spoke up with curiosity. "Of course your majesty, but whom exactly do you refer to as your recent slave?" He asked. The king stepped closer and was inches away from his face, making Blackwell quiver in this seat. "You are a business man. You know exactly who we mean. No other slave I've checked in your records was assaulted in such a disgusting and despicable way. We are done." The king spoke and retracted from the man.

He gestures Fritz towards him. "Fritz. Kindly escort Mr Blackwell away. Boys, return to your duties." He spoke. Matthew and Alfred got up to leave the room. Blackwell was laughing nervously. "So that's it, because one slave caused my family trouble and you are severing ties with me? Your sons are going to ruin things for you! Do you hear me, Mr king?" He yelled before the king used magic to seal his lips temporarily. Alfred felt burns within him because he was fighting the urge to attack and strangle this heartless man but he controlled his temper as he left.
