Yao was looking outside of the window with a low look on his face. He often kept up appearances in order to keep any emotions from being visible to those around him. But today, he found it hard to think of anything else except for one thing. His little brother. For as long as Yao could remember, there was once tension between the slave dealers and the royals that wore red shaped into a heart. The dealers wanted to keep Yao because of their misled belief that he would bring luck and wealth, his little brother who had short black hair and unique golden brown eyes, they found no value or interest in. The royals knew that the slave dealers wouldn't give away both so they took the little boy, much to Yao's dismay.

Yao's vision showed him the sight of his little brother crying while reaching out a hand to him and Yao yelling his name while being held back, helplessly seeing his brother taken away to a far off place.

In present day, a single tear fell down his face. "Di-di..." He said to himself in grief. He was broken out of his trance by a familiar servant boy with blonde hair. "Yao? Are you alright?" He asked softly, making Yao straighten himself up wiping his tear away. "It's nothing, aru. I'm fine." He said calmly. Arthur didn't dare question further and he looked out of the window. Yao joined him watching the snow pour down into the kingdom and into the forest.

There was nothing but silence between the two until Yao spoke once more. "How are you then, Arthur?" He asked. Arthur sighed in response before answering back. "Yao, can you keep a secret?" He asked. Yao knew that Arthur trusted him for most of his life since the cell days so he nodded in response. "You know me, aru. I always keep secrets." He said in reassurance, much to Arthur's relief.

"Well...He found out that I had feelings for him and we are now...a thing...It turns out...he felt the same for me..." Arthur explained. He expected for Yao to react cautiously knowing that could go either way. However, Yao responded with a mild chuckle, which caught Arthur off guard. "Yao?" He asked in confusion. Yao calmed before speaking positively. "I knew that would happen, aru." He said leaving Arthur confused. "What do you mean, Yao?" He asked. Yao continued while smiling slightly. "It's because of the way he looks at you. It's not like how he sees me or his brother. He was giving the look of 'This is the one person I want to hold and keep close' sort of look."

Arthur didn't really know how to react to this statement. "I guess he felt like that since the first time he saw me..." He said. Yao calmed down before moving across the room to remove some dust off a few books. "Well, I guess you have to keep an eye out, aru. Besides, it's interesting he fell for someone he's only just met a few months ago. It's not like you've known him sometime before that..." He said. The last part of Yao's sentence caught Arthur's attention as his head recalled a moment that he couldn't seem to pin point. A young boy who looked like a little angel with blue eyes and glowing blonde hair and Arthur was small hiding behind the mysterious woman whom he now knows was Alfred's mother...

Arthur felt his heartbeat increase as he rushed out of the room, much to Yao's surprise. "Arthur! Where are you going, aru?!" He called but went unanswered. Arthur kept running stumbling past Matthew in the process, through the courtyard to the gate and he kept running until he reached the log bridge. He carefully crossed before he proceeded to the tree. Breathless, he landed on his knees while struggling to regain his energy while getting a headache. Once recovered, he didn't expect to see a familiar silhouette ahead of him, sitting on the grass with his back to Arthur's view. The servant decided to approach the man quietly without making too much rustling from the grass below which proved to be a challenge.

When he reaches the opening, there was an unseen twitch of the ear on the young man who appeared to be in meditation. His eyebrow twitched as vines appeared behind Arthur much to the servant's surprise. The vines covered the exit through the forest, making Arthur gulp in fear. He turns his attention to the Master who remains in place in front of the tree.
