(A/N): Okay. I haven't wrote in a day, life's been a good pain in the ass lately. But no need to worry guys! This chapter should be a good handful to read if you're in for it. So... hang tight, take a seat, and get prepared.

Both Toph and Sokka stared in horror as Aang and Katara slowly embraced each other. To no extent did Sokka expect this to be the outcome. "Oh for cactus juices sake, we have a comet to face in a few days! We can't have the two making out!" Cried Sokka, prepared to run down the hill. Before he was even half way down the hill, not running very fast, Toph formed a large rock wall right in front of him, knocking him out cold.

"Well, now I can enjoy the show!" Toph screams enthusiastically, dragging Sokka's unconscious body back up the hill to sit next to her as they watched what was going on below unfold.

Katara and Aang both showed barely any facial expressions as their faces neared closer. When they could finally hear each others breath, and almost feel each others heartbeat, they both let out a little smirk. And finally, after a dramatic series of events, their mouths intertwined, both of them asking for a little more, and that being happily accepted by the other. After about 1 minute of a decent make out session, they both flipped back onto their respective sides and took deep breaths, completely winded.

As the light slowly dimmed over the mountaintop, they decided it would be their last slumber until they moved closer to the Fire Nation. "Toph, you know a fast way out of here?" Katara asked, actually asking. "Sugar Queen, we have a gigantic Sky Bison. Why are you asking me for any help? Not that you rely on me for much..." Toph said, disgusted. "Hey you ne..." Katara said, before being cut short by Aang, placing his hand on her shoulder. "Katara, relax. We do have Appa and we are in no need of some... emergency escape route." Aang explained. Katara nodded her head in agreement.

As they all drifted into a deep slumber, Toph, who could only sleep if her feet were lifted off of the ground, was caught with a thought in her mind, not about some, wild comet plan to lift it out of the sky. But, she was busy thinking about Sokka. The, the Sokka. The annoying Schedule Master, the Snoozle, was on her mind. She couldn't stop thinking why. She new that they had spent the majority of yesterday with him, and she wondered if she was developing any feelings for him... or anything along those lines. Ugh, this is life or death here. We can't just sit around and wait for a bunch of random shit to take place, we can't flirt or act odd. We could die... She whispered to herself. She finally mustered enough room in her mind to fall asleep.

But once again, about half way into the night, another member of the group woke up. Aang. He had another horrible nightmare and he knew that the only way to fix the problem was to be near Katara, although it might look very awkward to just about... everybody. He stumbled out of the blanket, and near to Katara's tent. She always brought an extra blanket with her, so he didn't have to worry about being cold. Southern Water Tribe blankets were about as heavy as their coats. He slowly adjusted himself to be able to lay down perfectly, eyes looking into Katara's closed eyelids, wondering what she would've been dreaming about. In Katara's vision, she noticed it get very dark from the outside of her eyelids. She opened her eyes, only to see Aang's cloudy eyes looking into them.

"Holy! Aang, what're you doing in my tent! If Sokka and To..." she whispered unhappily.

"I couldn't sleep. I had another nightmare and I know the only way to stop the nightmares is to be near you." He said, smiling. She blushed, turning to the other side of the tent to keep it hidden. Aang kissed her cheek, before almost instantly falling asleep. She returned to look at him, but he was already asleep. She closed her eyes, smirking, and fell asleep.

(A/N): Alr, alr. I know! The chapter was a bit shorter than the rest. But I had to end the chapter with them falling asleep next to one another, it's just SOOO cute! Next few chapters will be dealing with what happened during the Sozin's Comet episode, so unless you want to reread a differently explained version of the episodes, I recommend skipping through or watching it on your television. I don't get why you would want to read books about Avatar, if you never watched it. That's just wrong.
