Chapter 3

Rossi and Alianna walked into the M.E. 's office together. The medical examiner greeted them both and showed them to the rooms that the bodies were being held in. Alianna let Rossi ask the questions. She took the time to glance over the bodies. The males had evidence of defensive wounds, but the females didn't. The females had ligature marks though.
    "The unsub wants the males to fight back," Rossi profiled.
    "Which means he is strong enough to take them," Alianna commented, "But Kyle Brown played college football and David Arthur looks to be extremely fit..."
    "So our unsub must be fit as well," Rossi said.
    "I'll call Garcia, ask her to see if she can find anyone who fits that description," Alianna told him. She stepped out of the room and picked up her phone. Garcia picked up almost instantly.
           "you have reached the goddess of all knowledge, who is this?" Garcia answered.
           "It's Alianna Snyder, I'm the-" She was cut off by Garcia.
           "The new girl, right," Garcia's tone lightened, "We should totally go out for drinks sometime, I want to know all about you."
           "Uh... sure," Alianna responded, a little hesitant.
           "What did you need, sweetheart?" Garcia asked her.
           "Can you cross reference church goers with people who go to the gym often or were in athletics?" Alianna requested.
           "I will get right on it and get back to you," Garcia responded.
           "Thank you, Garcia," Alianna said gratefully.
           "Any time, au revoir," Garcia hung up on her. Alianna smiled to herself, though she was a little confused.
           "She's a unique one," Rossi commented as he joined her outside.
           "Yeah... did you get anything more from the M.E.?" Alianna asked.
           "Nothing we didn't already know," Rossi told her. She nodded and followed him to the SUV.
