Unfortunately, dinner plans had to be pushed back because they had a case. Alianna and Prentiss walked into the roundtable room together, but Hotch told them to not get comfortable. According to him they would debrief on the plane. Alianna looked up and met his eyes with slight concern, but before she knew it they were on the jet headed to New York. While they discussed the case Alianna took notes and piped in every so often. While she was writing she realized that her father was in New York still on a business deal. It was a big city though... She wouldn't run into him, right?

When they landed they headed right to the New York field office. Alianna stuck next to Prentiss as they walked in. She could hear JJ and Garcia talking behind her, but ignored it. It didn't involve her so she didn't need to but in.

"This is my team," Hotch introduced the BAU, "Kate Joyner, This is David Rossi, Emily Prentiss, Jennifer Jareau, Alianna Snyder, Penelope Garcia, Derek Morgan, and Spencer Reid."

"Thanks for being here," Kate told them all with a very prevalent accent, "Anything you need, just tell me. Please don't stand on protocol."

"What can you tell us about the city's surveillance system?" Garcia spoke up from the back of the group.

"Um it's run by the NYPD," Kate answered her, "It's still in the infant stages. It's been rather controversial. American privacy laws, but they've had some success."

"And I'll have complete access?" Garcia inquired with slight hesitation.

"They're already expecting," Kate then turned to her assistant, "Shelley?"

"I'd like to get a map of the borough," Reid requested, "I want to do a comprehensive geographical profile of the area in order to ascertain the unsub's mental map before it's clouded by our own linkage blindness."

"I see you brought your own computer," A younger female detective cut in. She was followed by two male detectives, one older and one younger. Alianna raised her brow at the girl's comment.

"Detectives Guthrie, Brustin, and Cooper," Kate introduced the detectives, "I'll let you do the introductions."

"You caught the first shootings?" Rossi asked the trio of detectives.

"They've all been in different precincts," Cooper spoke civilly, unlike his fellow detectives demeanors, "It wasn't until the third murder that anyone made the connection."

"I guess this is where we play nice and ask you what you need," Brustin commented.

"I'll let you all figure out what that is," Kate says, "I just ask that you run everything back through me. It's been my experience that one butt on the line is enough."

"Yes ma'am," Guthrie responds sarcastically, which gained looks from the BAU agents.

"Can I have a word with you in private?" Kate asked Hotch, ignoring Guthrie's comment.

"Sure," He answered before turning back to his team, "Excuse me."

"They um... liaised when she was in the Scotland Yard," Prentiss smirked as Hotch and Kate walked away.

"Uh huh," Alianna chuckled softly. They began to discuss the case with the detectives. They only managed to get a first name out of the female detective, Chloe. They had split up to do different tasks and Alianna was currently helping Reid.

"Hey, so uh what's Detective Guthrie and Brustin's problem?" Reid asked Cooper. Alianna stood next to Reid during the conversation as Prentiss's attention was also directed to the conversation.

"Well by the fourth murder the FBI was brough it, good we can use all the help we can get," Cooper explained, "But, uh, all of a sudden she's taking meetings with the mayor and calling you all in without us knowing anything about it."
