"This is everything we recovered from Paul Hayes' hotel room," Lopez told the trip, "It's all been processed so don't worry about touching anything."

"Thank you," Prentiss tells the detective. Alianna gives the evidence a quick glance over.

"I'm gonna take the skinny kid and Derek to the dump sites," Lopez relays, "So I got my cell, radio. If anyone doesn't give you anything, just call me."

"Great," Prentiss responds with a nod. Alianna smiled softly to herself as the detective left.

"She did say she wasn't good with names," Rossi spoke up.

"She remembered Derek," Alianna rolled her eyes as she spoke.

"Wonder how she'll describe us," Rossi says, glancing at the newest agent.

"Oh, I am sure I don't want to know," Prentiss commented, "Oh, it's always sad, seeing someone's life reduced to the things they had with them when they died, It's just so clear they didn't know how short their time would be."

"That's depressing," Alianna responded to Prentiss's statement.

"Odd," Rossi said as he looked over something.

"Odd?" Prentiss and Alianna asked at the same tie, sharing a look with each other.

"His wife reported that he'd been down here almost a week on business," Rossi explains his comment, "Yet he never wore any of the suits he packed."

"Weird," Alianna says softly, thoughts running wild.

"And there are appointments going back six months in his PDA," Prentiss shares, "But nothing is listed for the week he was here."

"Hayes was wearing running clothes when he was killed," Alianna says, picking up his wedding ring, "But who would take off their wedding ring on a jog?"

JJ walked over to Prentiss and Alianna with water bottles for both of them. They both accepted those water bottles gratefully. Alianna drank hers like her life depended on it.

"You are amazing, JJ!" Alianna exclaimed with a smile.

"Oh, thank you, you read my mind," Prentiss tells JJ.

"I don't understand how it can be this dry when it's humid," JJ commented.

:"That we can agree on," Alianna sent a smile JJ's way.

"You sweat all your fluids out outside and then come in to bone-dry air conditioning," Prentiss gave them an explanation. Alianna nodded at the information as it made sense.

"Well if I could just hook this up to an IV then-" JJ shrugged as the other two laughed at her statement.

"At least we have something fun to look at," Prentiss smirked, "Keep us on our toes."

"What do you mean?" JJ asked with a soft look of confusion.

"LaMontagne," Alianna responded for Prentiss with a smirk of her own.

"You think so, huh?" JJ chuckled with a bit of nervousness.

"Don't you?" Alianna asked JJ.

"Yeah, I guess he's.." JJ cut herself off and thought a bit, "He has a thing."

"Definitely a thing," Prentiss said. Alianna laughed at the statement and as she looked back at the detective she noticed Hotch approaching him. She tried not to stare, but was unsuccessful. In her mind she blamed Diana for getting these thoughts running.

"You good, Snyder?" JJ noticed that she had spaced off.

"What?!" Alianna blushed as she was startled out of her thoughts," Oh, me? Fine, I'm fine."

Lopez walked into the room with hands full of paper. She got everyone's attention so that the BAU could give their profile. Well, more specifically Prentiss, Alianna, Hotch, and Garcia.

"Ok, we just want to stress that what we're about to present is just a preliminary profile," JJ told the department, "There may be a time restraint here so we just wanted to give you what we have now. Our technical analyst, Penelope Garcia, will start off by talking about the 4 remaining victims still missing."

"Two of them disappeared on the same day a few months ago," Garcia informed them, "And then the third and fourth wh=ent missing within the last four weeks."

"We think the unsub is targeting these guys on their travels," JJ spoke up.

"Yeah and then when the befriending happens, woosh, they vanish," Garcia said, "However it looks like there's a connection between our current victims and the ment that are still missing. See, two of those four missingmen were totally out, openly gay, when they disappeared. I saw one of them on a socialcrib.net, that's a social networking site, and a photo of his boyfriend."

Hotch stepped in and began to speak to the department. Alianna's eyes followed him as he spoke. A hand ran through her hair, pushing it over so it was out of her face. She moved her hand down and was biting her thumb subconsciously, trying to keep her thoughts on the case and nothing else.

"What we need is more information on the movements of our victims before they met the unsub," Prentiss drew Alianna's attention.

"We have three confirmed victims and four possibilities," Alianna spoke up, "Some of our other agents are currently out in the community. They're trying to see if anyone remembers anything about these men."

"It's not just the fact that our victims were traveling alone that left them vulnerable to the unsub," Prentiss started talking again, "We believe they may have been looking specifically to meet other men."

"Based on the ages of the victims we're looking for an offender in his mid to late 20s," Hotch drew everyone's attention again, "He's familiar with the area and may be offering assistance to those who are not."

"He studies his victims' habits. He learns how to gain their trust," Prentiss told the precinct.

"This unsub is intelligent and charismatic," Alianna stepped in, "We assume that he frequents gay establishments, but there is a possibilty that he may work at one."

"And given the technique with which he kills, he may have had prior Defense Tactic Training," Hotch pushed off the desk he was leaning on, "So he may be a member of the military or recently discharged."

"He steals their possessions, but doesn't pawn a thing," Prentiss relayed.

"And the fact that he's targeting gay men may mean that this is a hate crime," Hotch continues. That fact alone makes Alianna's stomach churn and makes it hard for her to focus on the profile. She shakes the thoughts from her mind as the profile ends, but doesn't notice the looks her co-workers are giving her. Her mind is also too distracted to notice JJ walk out after Detective LaMontagne.

Hotch and Alianna were looking at files together. He tried to make her go get some rest, but she refused. She knew she wouldn't be able to sleep so she worked instead. Both of them looked up as JJ approached them.

"You said that you were leaving," Alianna commented.

"You said in the profile that the unsub was targeting gay males, possibly due to his struggles with hi own sexuality, right?" JJ asked.

"Right," Hotch confirmed.

"Well, what if the reason Luvet let his guard down was because he could finally be who he is... no judgements, no fear," JJ speculated, "What if the unsub is seeing a freedom in his victims that he wishes he had himself?"

Alianna, Hotch, and JJ speculated for a little while longer, before Hotch sent both women back to the hotel. The newest fell asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow. The exhaustion from the day seemed to catch up to her.
