"Louis!" Harry screamed. Sweat rolled down his forehead. His chest, rapidly rising as he tried to get over his nightmare. He was still panting when the door to his room opened a crack.

Anne peaked inside, her eyes full of pity. Harry looked at his mother. Usually he would tell her he's fine and attempt to go back to sleep long enough for Anne to leave the room. Not today however. Today was different. The nightmare was worse. And so he made no attempt to dismiss Anne. He shook his head willing himself not to cry. His effort was not enough as soon his cheeks were covered with salty tears.

Anne did not say anything. She didn't even look surprised. She just crossed the room and hugged the broken man in front of her. Her son. The person she loved the most. Grieving the loss of someone he loved the most.

It had been 2 months now. 2 months since Louis Tomlinson died. Two months since Harry was left at the altar. Two months since Harry's life was turned upside down. It was their wedding day. After half of hour of waiting for Louis to show up, was when Harry's phone rang. Louis' name flashed on the screen. Harry didn't think twice before accepting the call. He was more hurt than angry that Louis left him at the altar. Literally.

Upon accepting the call, an unknown voice was on the other end of the call. What that man said next, made Harry drop the glass of champagne, his broad hands had held.

"I'm Officer White from the Road Hazard Department. Your fiancee Louis Tomlinson was in a car accident and is in fatal condition at the moment. He was a part of a Hit and Run incident, the offender of which is currently being searched for. We request you to show up at THE EDMUND TRUST HEALTHCARE hospital where Mr. Tomlinson is currently being operated at. We are sorry for the incident."

Two weeks later, Louis Tomlinson was pronounced dead because of brain stroke. What people didn't see however, was that Louis was not the only one who died. Harry's heart was slowly giving up too. His reason to live was no more. He was alive but barely. He didn't eat. Didn't sleep. Just sat all day reminiscing all the times with his boyfriend. His soon to be husband. His Louis.

All day all he would do is miss Louis. To reduce the pain, he turned to drugs. They helped numb the feeling of emptiness in the hollow place in his chest that he called his heart. 3 months later Anne found Harry lying on his bed, upside down. They said it was a drug overdose that killed him. But in reality, it was the fact that half his heart had already died in a car accident. His Heart. His Soul. His Louis. Now they were together again.
