𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽||𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲

chapter 16

Jeongwoo opened his eyes after hearing a sound of a door opening. He slowly sat up and got surprised after seeing Haruto coming out of the wall cabinet in the room.

"Haruto, what are you doing over there?"

"A-ahh, nothing. I-i just checked something inside there after hearing some noises." Haruto got surprised but acted normally. He didn't expect Jeongwoo to wake up sooner.

"Inside the cabinet?!? You even entered there, really?!?" Jeongwoo asked, widening his eyes but Haruto just acted naturally.

"Did you find something then?" Jeongwoo asked curiously, he thinks Haruto acts kinda suspicious. Haruto shaked his head no and avoided eye contact with Jeongwoo. Jeongwoo eyed him after being sure that he looks really suspicious.

"Yah, Haruto, did you do something wrong to me? Why are you looking so suspicious right now?  Erase that, you look more like awkward. Why? It's not like I bully and joke around you in school everyday for you to give me this kind of treatment." Jeongwoo said but Haruto just stands there, not saying anything and still avoiding Jeongwoo's eyes.

"No, of course! Why would I do something wrong with you?!? I-it's just that my mind is clouded of the things that happened today." Haruto decided to sit at the end of Jaehyuk's bed, he can feel that he's blushing because of the sight he saw when he opened the door earlier, Jeongwoo hugging his plushie looks so cute, but he's confident enough to face Jeongwoo with a blushing cheek since the curtains are closed and the room is dark. He was really glad that Junghwan and Jaehyuk did not catch him earlier. "Y-you're absent so I had to tag along with Doyoung hyung and Junghwanie the whole time, and I feel alone you know, they're also talking to me but are they not tired of each other? Argghhh, but I'm still thankful for them tho. I enjoyed their company much than I enjoyed yours." Haruto said, raising his eyebrows twice to annoy Jeongwoo, but Jeongwoo didn't get annoyed by it.

"Just admit that you miss me and go." Jeongwoo said, glaring at Haruto seriously, but Jeongwoo really did it playfully. Haruto glared back, not wanting to lose the game but after seconds of glaring back at Jeongwoo's eyes...

"By the way, are you alright now? Can you go back to school tomorrow already?" Haruto asked, cutting their glaring session before he loses it.

"I guess, I feel better now. Jaehyuk hyung took care of me well. Oh, are the other hyungs downstairs, and Junghwanie?"

"Yes, they're downstairs, do you want me to call them?"

"No thanks, I have feet you know, I use them to walk, run and even jog. I can even use this to kick your butt." Jeongwoo said, already standing up and went downstairs. Haruto laughed at how Jeongwoo escaped from him before he utters a word. The sight of Jeongwoo hugging his plushie once again entered his mind. He didn't even realize himself smiling.

Another school day came and usual things happened. Hyunsuk and Yedam getting busy with music club, Jihoon and Junkyu bickering and Yoshi joining them laugh, Mashiho getting more problematic with Asahi and Jaehyuk's situation, Doyoung and Junghwan spending more time with each other, and Jeongwoo annoying Haruto even if he just got back to school after a day of being absent.

On their way home, Jeongwoo asked Jihoon to seat beside him, deciding to tell his brother about Jaehyuk and Asahi's situation. He can't wait to get home to tell this to his brother so he will now. He haven't had the chance to discuss this to him yesterday. He let his music play on the car's speakers loud enough that no one could hear their conversation.
