Truth or Dare?

Adrien POV

Alya had suggested to play truth or dare first. To be honest i've never played truth or dare before but i'm sure it'll be fun!

"Let's do it!" I exclaimed

Nobody's POV

The four friends sat in a circle near the middle of Adrien's room.

Alya, Nino, and Adrien had smiles plastered over their faces. Adrien didn't know what to expect from the game, he had only ever thought of it as an innocent kids game.

Nino and Alya had something else planned though.

Marinette's expression was not as happy. She had known that Alya had something planned, she just didn't know what. Her cheeks glew a very rosey colour and Alya just looked at her and laughed.

Adrien looked at Marinette worriedly, wondering what was wrong. Was she uncomfortable at his house?

"Alright, Adrien truth or dare?" Alya asked

Adrien's eyes lit up as he answered her question.

"Truth!"

Alya rolled her eyes.

"Lame," she sighed

"If you had to spend 24 hours with one person
in this room, who would it be?" Alya asked

Adrien was debating between Nino and Marinette.

"I'd have to say Nino because we've known eachother the longest," Adrien replied

Alya and Nino both face-palmed. Nino looked at Adrien and shook his head.

Marinette was still sitting with a worried face.

"Nino, truth or dare?" Adrien asked

"Dare," he replied

"I dare you to talk in an accent for the rest of the game," Adrien dared

"Okay mate," Nino struggled with a horrible Australian accent.

The four bursted out laughing. Marinette was beginning to think that this game might not be so bad after all.

"Marinette, truth or dare?" asked Nino still struggling with an accent

Marinette froze and decided to go with a dare since there didn't seem to be any bad ones so far.

"Dare!" she giggled

Alya and Nino exchanged glances.

"I dare you to hold hands with Adrien for the rest of the game!" Nino laughed

Marinette's face went beet red, and she stood up and began to make up excuses.

"I don't think that's a good idea, what if Adrien isn't comfortable with it!"

Adrien chucked, also slightly red in the face. He wanted to hold her hand. He had realized that Marinette was more than just a friend to him although he was pretty sure she didn't feel the same. But he could try to get her more comfortable around him, couldn't he?

He reached his hand up to Marinette's and grabbed it.

Marinette gasped wide eyed.

Adrien pulled her down and sat her down right beside him, still holding on to her hand.

Marinette was quite obviously freaking out. Adrien looked at her reassuringly and she relaxed, her eyes showing her becoming less frightened and more in love.

Alya and Nino high-fived and looked at the oblivious friends.

Marinette's POV

Adrien pulled me beside him and looked at me with his dreamy eyes. I gave into his look and relaxed. I felt safe when he was with me, he was one of those people who would do anything to save his friends. He was a superhero in my eyes, always looking out for people.

Snapping back into reality I looked across the circle at Alya. I was going to give her a dare that'll make her pissed off for sure.

A smirk spread across my face. Alya only ever chose dares, so I knew this would work.

"Alya, truth or dare?" I asked

"Dare,"

"I dare you to let me push you in Adrien's pool with your clothes on!" I yelled

'She was supposed to be mad!' I thought
Instead, she was smiling.

"Fine Marinette,  let's go," she replied

"You and Adrien can let go of eachother's hands but only for this dare!" she added

Nobody's POV

Alya and Marinette headed over to the pool and Adrien and Nino watched smiling.

"Ready?" Marinette asked

"Let's do this!" Alya giggled

Marinette stepped behind Alya as Alya stood facing her, awaiting her fate.

Marinette reached out to push Alya, except she caught her hand and pulled her in with her.

Marinette and Alya flew towards the water, Marinette let out a scream and they landed with a giant splash.

"Marinette are you okay?" Adrien asked worriedly

He ran to the edge of the pool and looked down at a very unhappy girl. Alya swam laughing so hard, she thought she might explode.

"Yes, Adrien I'm fine, you know i'm not made of glass!" Marinette giggled

Adrien let out a small laugh.

"Adrien, can you help me up please?" Marinette asked

Adrien leaned down to help her out of the pool, he was not expecting Marinette to pull him in the water with her. He crashed into the water on top of Marinette. They both reached the surface and laughed.

*At this time their kwamis are safe and not in the water*

"Cannonball!" Nino yelled as he jumped into the pool.

Adrien, Marinette, and Alya shielded their eyes from the incoming wave of water.

Adrien looked at Marinette with big eyes. He was glad she was becoming more confident around him.

He reached for her hand and smirked.

"Gotta fulfil the dare,"

She laughed at his gesture and latched onto his hand.

They continued playing a couple more rounds of the game in the pool, Adrien was having the most fun he probably ever had.
