22 - [ᴡʜʏ ᴀʀᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ʜᴇʀᴇ?] - 22

-Toby's POV-

I felt my way around the basement, feeling a few cobwebs here and there which scared me a little, worried I'd get bit by a spider. I thought about turning back, but I decided not to. Then, I suddenly tripped over something causing me to land on something kind of sharp. It didn't hurt too much, but I got up on my hands and knees and felt around for what it could be, and to my surprise, it felt like a flash light. I began feeling for the button to turn it on, and once I found it, the light turned on, flickered, then went out. I angrily threw the light somewhere against the ground. "Ow..." 

I jumped, I didn't say that. "H-Hello?" I spoke. The voice I heard sounded like a girl. I waited a second as I got no responce. "Umm, I-I'm sorry for hitting you w-with the flashlight."

"Fuck, I guess I'll have to come out..." They spoke, in an unfamiliar tone. A light got shone into my eyes as I closed them. "Oh sorry." They giggled in a cheerful tone. I opened my eyes and tried to look at them, but they were still too hard to make out. 

"Follow me." They grabbed my hand and began walking towards the exit. Although I still couldn't identify who it was. Maybe they're a fan then? As they held my hand, I could tell they had long fingernails. Then, they opened the door and dragged me out of the basement into the light, once they turned around, I finally recognised who they were... Kind of...

"Hey Tubbo!" They winked at me. "How'd you get here?" I asked them. "Well, I was hiding here before you got here and once I heard your voice I knew it was you." I looked them up and down, still confused. "Why are you dressed up, now of all times?" They laughed. "I'm not dressed up, I'm an actual girl now." 

"Wait, really?!" I asked, surprised. "Yeah, wow, I'm surprised you remember me from MCC." Then a thought hit me. "So wait, does that mean you have real boobs?!" He... She? Nodded. "So, uh, Finn-" They cut me off, "Jude, just call me Jude." I nodded. "So... Uh... This is awkward..." I rubbed the back of my head. "So... What are your pronouns now?" I asked, "What ever you prefer, I mean, I've been like this for a day now." 

"How did it happen-" We cocked our heads as Floris stepped beside us cutting me off. "Tommy needs-... Uh, am I interrupting?" I shrugged. "Oh, hi Fundy." Jude said, smiling and waving. "Wait, isn't that the guy you played MCC with?" Floris asked, "Yeah, except, he is a girl now." 

"Wait-wait-wait-wait-wait, did you get pulled into a weird pool of strange blue liquid?" Floris asked. "Yeah, why-. Ohhhhhh." Jude said finally noticing Floris's changes. "How'd you even find Finn?" Floris asked, "Jude." I corrected. "Oh sorry, Jude." 

"That's alright, I got in the basement probably an hour before you guys arrived. I couldn't tell for sure. Also, have either of you found Vurb? Last time I heard his voice, he was yelling on Discord that something was attacking him." I was confused as to who that was "The SkepHalo shipper?" Floris asked, "Yeah, we were just about to make a video together when it happened." 

"Oh, well, what were you saying about Tommy?" I asked Floris. "Oh yeah, he fell out of bed and he... He's opened his wound up... But! Nick and George are handling it... Smoothly I hope." Jude looked confused. "How many people are here?" Jude asked. "Well, there is you now, Me, Toby, Thomas, Nick, George, and Clay." She looked happier for some odd reason. "I'm going to totally seduce George~" She purred. "Well, you can do that after we deal with Tommy." We began heading back upstairs as Jude wouldn't stop asking questions, which I didn't really mind. "So, what's up with Tommy?"

"He helped Floris out of the weird pool of liquid before he could get completely dragged in. Actually, Tommy jumped in himself, but nothing happened until he got bit by a weird zombie at the bottom of the weird pool of that stuff. Then, it got worse so we did surgery and used a few things from the nurses office. He wasn't doing too well already until Nick basically handed Tommy Alcohol." I explained. "So, Tommy's drunk?"
