Kash

I banged on Bella's door, waiting for her to answer the door, so I could break my foot off in her ass! I came home last night, only to find that Lo was gone, but not before I found pictures, and copies of the text messages and emails, that someone had sent to her. The only person that knew about us was me and her, and I damn sure didn't send Lo that shit, so that leaves Bella.

"Hold on, I'm coming!" I heard her say. "Who is it?"

"Who else would it be?" I questioned, bawling up my fist. She opened the door, about to say something smart, but I wrapped my hands around her neck and shoved her back into her house. "You told Lo about us?!"

"What? No, I didn't!" I tightened my grip around her neck, slamming her against the wall, as she placed her hands over mine and tried to remove them from around her neck. "K-Kash... Please... I-I didn't-" I let her go and punched the space above her head, turning away from her as I started pacing back and forth.

"If you didn't do it, then who did? Who else knows about us?"

"Nobody! I haven't told anybody, I swear!" She cried, rubbing her neck. "I'm not sure how she found out."

"Somebody sent her pictures of us, plus, our text messages and emails, and when I came home... I found them scattered all over the counter, but Lo was nowhere to be found. On top of that, she took of her ring and left it at home, along with her cell phone and damn car. I'm not sure where the hell she went, and I can't get in touch with her." I stressed.

"Did you check the neighbor's house? She and Vic have been getting pretty close, so maybe he knows where she is." That made a lot of sense, and I wasted no time rushing out of her house, hopping into my car, and speeding all the way home. I pulled up in my driveway, not bothering to take the keys out of the ignition, as I jumped out of the car and ran next door. I banged on the door and rang the doorbell, not caring about how rude I was being. My main concern was finding Lo, and explaining myself, in hopes that we can work things out.

"What's up, Kash?" Vic questioned, opening the door. He had a towel wrapped around his waist, and another towel wrapped around his neck, as he stood in the doorway like he wasn't half naked.

"Hey, Vic, sorry to bother you, but have you seen Lo?" I asked him.

"Not since yesterday. What's going on?"

"Nothing. We just had a fight, and now I can't find her." I lied. I wasn't about to tell this random ass nigga what I had going on. "If you see her, can you tell her to please call me?"

"Yeah, I got you." He said. I thanked him and turned and walked off, heading back over to my driveway. Where the hell could she have gone? Surely, she couldn't have went far, especially when her phone and car are still here. I sat in my car, grabbing my phone, as an incoming call came through.

"What you want?" I snapped, putting the call on speaker.

"Have you found her?" Bella asked.

"Nah, not yet. She wasn't over at Vic's house, so I'm just sitting in the driveway, trying to think of where she might've gone." I placed my hands over my face, trying to think about some places where Londyn likes to go when she would be pissed at me.

"Kash... I am so sorry. I never meant for any of this to happen."

"Yeah, whatever. I gotta go." I hung up and sat my phone down in the cup holder, feeling the tears burn in my eyes. This was all my fault. I should've never gotten involved with Bella, but since I can't go back and turn the hands of time, I was just going to have to lay in the bed I made and hope that she returns home safely.

"You aight, man?" Jason asked, nudging me. I nodded my head, stuffing my gun into my waistband, as I stood up and followed them out of the house. Despite me going through my own personal grief, I still had a job to do, and I refused to let my personal life get in the way of me getting paid.

"So check this out, y'all. There's a dude that just moved down here from the Bronx, and word on the street is that he is loaded! His uncle left him and his brother a ton of money, and he came down here to lay low after being targeted by a bunch of rival gangs." The main boss, Brian, spoke. There was a total of four of us, which made the pay cuts easier and a lot more efficient, especially when we had to do big jobs.

"How much money we talking?" I asked.

"Let's just say... We'd give Oprah a run for her money."

"Damn!" Jason and the other guy, Randall, said, at the same time.

"Well, shit... Say less, B. Let's go in and get this money." Jason said, as we all climbed into the car. If tonight went the way it's supposed to go, then I would no longer have to lie and sneak around, because I'll have all the money I could possibly dream of. Though I wasn't sure if I was still getting married, I still planned on giving Lo the wedding of her dreams. I just had to find her ass first.

Looking out of the window, I noticed that we were turning down my street, pulling up in front of Vic's house as they parked outside and shut off the engine.

"Aye, this is my neighbor's house." I said.

"Aw, for real? Well, damn, young blood. If I would've known you lived right next door, we would've set up shop at your house." Brian chuckled, as he climbed out of the car. I had an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach, as we all climbed out of the car and crept around the back of the house.

"How do we know that this nigga didn't put the money in the bank or something? What are the odds that he just has a great deal of money lying around?" Jason asked.

"That's what we're going to find out." He pulled out a pocket knife, messing around with the backdoor, before pushing it open. "Open sesame." I looked around, contemplating my surroundings, as I followed them into the house. We walked through the kitchen, entering into the living room, searching around the downstairs for anything that may look like it held a fortune of money inside of it. When we couldn't find anything, we then headed upstairs, splitting up, as we started to search the rooms.

"Y'all hear that?" Jason asked, as we all got quiet and heard moaning coming from the main bedroom. "Dude is getting it in!" I chuckled, slowly following the sounds of the moaning, peeking into the candlelit bedroom. When I peered inside, I felt as if someone had knocked all the wind out of my chest, seeing the love of my life getting pleasured by another man.

Lo had her legs high in the air, while Vic had his face buried in between her legs, eating her as if he had been starving for months. I knew that he had a thing for my woman, but I was so wrapped up in my own shit, that I didn't see the signs. I wouldn't even put it past this nigga if I found out that he was the one that sent all that shit to Lo, but then again... He didn't know about me and Bella, unless he really did overhear us that night.

"Yesss, Vic!" Lo moaned, biting down on her bottom lip. I was stuck in place, watching all of this unfold right in front of me, and all I could do was sit there and watch. What broke me out of my broken-hearted trance, was the sounds of the alarms that started to go off, as I felt someone grab my arm and pull me away from the door. I turned and followed them downstairs, leaving out the same way we came in, hopping into the car and pulling off quickly. What was supposed to be a good night for me, turned into a complete nightmare, and I had nobody to blame but myself. Karma was a bitch, and she took the phrase "what goes around comes around," to a whole other level.
