More information has become available about the fire at one of the warehouses on Tavern Road. The police just confirmed that there was a sex trafficking ring that had been taken down. They have managed to rescue twenty young girls and two women. Along with the rescues, three arrests have been made. We have heard the two women have been taken in for questioning. There was one casualty in the fire, a local lawyer named Theodore Quentin. But evidence seems to have surfaced of Theodore being the Butcher. If that is the case, he has been responsible for over forty deaths of girls from the ages twelve to twenty-one. We will have more of this story as the evidence and court trials go on. "Has Cheyenne said anything?" I asked as I leaned back in my chair. It's been a couple days since we rescued the girls. We still have no clue what happened, Cheyenne and Bambi hasn't said much. I haven't talked to Bambi longer then a couple minutes. She's back in her apartment near Sawyer's clubhouse. I can't help but think about what she said before telling me to leave. I love you. Three words with strong meaning. I thought we would talk but we barely have time for that. She calls says everything is fine and soon she'll explain.
"Just that no one suspects there was a murder of Theodore. That Theodore's body being burned up and the coroner's report says he died from smoke. Police have interviewed her and gave the all clear. All she has to do is report to court tomorrow. Have you talked to Bambi?" He asked.
"Here and there. She tells me everything is okay. She'll talk more when it is all over. I can't even get Dan to tell me. He says he is following orders from his Prez Lady and he can't breach client information. No matter who the boyfriend was," I let out a chuckle, "at least I know she'll come back."
"She's more involved then Chy was. She even has it hidden that three of my men are her adopted family. I do know that she has somehow proved all those accounts was made by Kaden and what they was for and that she caught the money missing and Kaden was suppose to be fired cause she has evidence of him stealing money. She also got reports from where he stalked her and put her in the hospital. She had a lot of evidence on Kaden and Christo and Danica. I don't know how, Tech has went through everything and couldn't find as much as she has. She must have a damn good hacker on her side."
"Son of a Bitch. She has stolen my hacker. It has to be CB. Damn, that would explain why he asked for leave. He said he had to help a friend. I think my men are gonna be more loyal to my Old Lady. Not that I'm complaining." Sawyer laughs.
"That's how my men are. Shit, you heard her coming to see Bambi in the hospital. Ryan was the one who blew the whistle on them. He's the only one not afraid of his sister. Well I got to go, baby is crying and Chy is resting."
"Okay, I'll catch ya later. And thanks a lot, if ya need anything you know where to come." I tell him.
"Same here, cya!" He hangs up and I try to call CB. Again it goes to voicemail.
