Hope and The Marauders (ON HOLD)

Chapter t e n

It's been a few months since the night with Sirius and Freya in the common room and since then Sirius and I have been dating in secret, pranks have been pulled and kisses have been shared.

Right now Sirius and I both have a free period before potions so he pulled me into an empty classroom while I laughed, he locked the door and came over to me and kissed me I kissed back and in between muttered an invisiblity spell so no one would see.

He lifted me onto a desk and I wrapped my arms around his neck and wrapped my legs around his waist pulling him closer, he started kissing down my neck and I moaned softly running my hands through his hair he was sucking softly on my neck so I new I would have a few hickeys. Then inconveniently the warning bell for class rang we both groaned, he stepped away fixing his hair, swollen lips and wiping away the little makup he had on his face from kissing me.

I fixed my shirt, hair, school tie, my makeup and buttoned up my cardigan that Sirius somehow managed to undo.

"We should get to class." I said sadly.

"Yeah." He sighed.
I muttered the spell to make us not invisible any more and we headed to potions.

As we were walking to potions and trying to keep our hands off eachother I asked a question.
"You're coming to my house this summer right?" I asked looking up at him.

"I mean, it might be inevitable this summer." He joked slinging his arm over my shoulders.
We laughed and walked into potions as it was starting and sat at our seats still talking and laughing.

"Miss Mikaelson, Mr Black, would you like to share with the class?" Professor Slughorn asked.

"Not really Professor." I said sweetly.

"Well then, please be quiet during my lesson." He asked, but came out more of a demand, we nodded and he went on about some love potion we're supposed to brew. Sirius and I did it and we did it perfectly, it was supposed to smell about whatever attracted us.

"What do you smell hope?" Sirius asked whispering in my ear. I smiled at him and smelled the potion and told him;

"Smoke, cleanness, and a smell that is uniquely you." I said smiling at him. He smiled too and I asked; "What do you smell?" I asked cheekily.

"Paint, flowery perfume and the woods. You." He said smiling. I smiled at him and had to hold the urge to kiss him, so I looked away and at the Professor.

"Professor?" I called out he walked over.

"What?" He asked, it was obvious he didn't like me.

"We're finished." I said with a glare.

"Okay, just wait for everyone else to finish then you can go." He said looking at me. He went back to his desk and sat down.

"I'll be right back." I muttered to Sirius and walked over to Slughorn's desk and spoke; "Professor?" I asked making my presence known.

"What" he asked.

"Look, whatever you have against my family-"

"-not your family, your father." He said cutting me off.

"Do you want to know why there hasn't been any news about three particular people? Do you want to know who they are?" I asked and he slowly nodded.

"Hayley Marshall, Elijah and Klaus Mikaelson. Why hasn't there been any news about them? Do you know?" I asked get more furious.

"No." He said quietly.

"It is because both of my parents and my uncle are dead. They sacrificed themselves to save me. So drop whatever hate you have for them. Because they can't do anymore damage. And I'll be leaving now." I said grabbing my bag leaving the Professor with a stunned expression and going to the abandoned girls bathroom again and wanting to scream.

"Hope?" I heard Sirius ask. "Are you okay?"  He asked softly.

I shook my head 'no'. "No. I feel like I'm having a panic attack." I told him sliding down the wall.

"Okay... think about something happy." He said coming and sitting next to me.

"I can't. Nothings work-"
He cut me off with a kiss and I closed my eyes and lent into the kiss cupping his face. We pulled apart and I looked at him smiling. "How did you do that?" I asked still smiling.

"Well when I kissed you, you held your breath." He said looking slightly out of breath. Ironic.

"Okay. I need to remember that." I said laughing he started laughing too. "We should go." I said.

"Skip the rest of the day with me." Sirius asked.

"Really? Are you sure?" I asked.
We stood up and he nodded.

"Definitely. What do you want to do?" He asked. As we walked out of the bathroom.

"Lets go sit by the black lake." I said smiling.
He nodded putting his arm around my shoulders.
"You know, you keep doing that and people are going to start thinking we're dating." I joked.

"And you're to young to date aren't you Hope?" A voice asked from behind, I got out of Sirius' arms and turned around to see my Uncle Kol.

"Uncle Kol. What are you doing here?" I asked awkwardly.

"I wanted to spend the day with my niece." He said smiling.

"Uh huh okay. Kol, this is Sirius, Sirius this Kol, the uncle I was telling you about." I said introducing the two. Before anything could get more awkward I spoke again.

"Uh Sirius I'll see you later, I'll meet you in the common room, with Lily and everyone else." I said hoping he would take the hint. He nodded and waved at Kol and muttered a quick bye to me.

"What are you really doing here Kol?" I asked seriously.

"I wanted to get to know your friends, see the school, spend time with my niece. Davina and I just got back from Australia." He said walking over to me.

"Let's go to lunch then and you can meet my friends." I said.
