Chapter thirty-one

I woke up to sun in my eyes I looked up to see I was asleep on Sirius and he had his head on the arm rest of the chair, with a small smile on his lips, I smiled and just the curtains with a flick of my hand. I snuggled closer into Sirius chest and heard him groan a little.
"Morning beautiful." Sirius mumbled and my smile grew.

"Morning. It's Saturday, we should probably go back to school soon, our friends will be worried." I said and he nodded, just as I was about to kiss him my phone rang. I groaned and looked at my phone. Lizzie you have the worst timing.

I answered with a sarcastic smile.
"Morning Lizzie." I said sitting up properly.

"So, how'd everything go? Did he love it? Did his jaw drop when he saw you?" She asked and by her tone I could tell she was smirking.

"Everything went great until my annoying blonde best friend called. Yes he loved it, and yes his jaw dropped. I believe he was gaping like a fish for a few seconds." I said laughing and looking at him smiling, he rolled his eyes and started kissing my shoulder.

"Good. Anyway, we'll still see you for Remembrance day right?" She asked.

"Yes, you and everyone except Josie, Landon and Roman will see me." I said.

"Good, see you soon." She said.

"Wait." I said before she hung up.

"What's up?" She asked.

"Don't tell anyone I'm coming. I want it to be  surprise." I said.

"Okay. Bye." She said and hung up.

I put my phone pack on the table and turned to face Sirius. "I am going to take a shower, and get back in my school clothes then we can head back okay?" I asked and he nodded.

Half an hour later and I was done dong everything, I went back and Sirius was asleep, I just smiled. I went to wake him up when he jumped up and pulled me underneath him, I squealed laughing. "Hello to you too." I said, my arms going around his neck.

"Your phone keeps ringing and I just left it not wanting to invade privacy." He said and I smiled.

"Thank you." I said and he nodded leaning down to kiss me, just as he was about to my phone rang. I groaned and got out of Sirius' grip to answer my phone, I looked to see 'Roman' I sighed and answered standing up. "What? You know you have impeccable timing, you also know how to ruin a perfectly good morning." I told him.

He didn't answer so I kept going. "I don't want to see you or speak to you, I am coming back to Mystic Falls for Remembrance day and I don't want you anywhere near me. Because god help you I will drive a stake through your heart, or maybe I'll just rip it out slowly, like you did mine." I said facing away from Sirius not wanting him to see this side of me.

"That's why I called, I over heard Lizzie's call-" 

"-You mean you eavesdropped?" I cut him off.

"Yeah... But that's why I called, I wanted to say sorry, that I'm helping the Salvatore school with recruiting and I'm doing better." He said.

"Does sorry bring my dead mother back? My uncle? My uncle is only dead because of guilt from your crazy dead cult manipulated him. Roman, leave me alone, stop calling, I'm happy without you, move on because so help you nothing can stop you from dying if you're near me." I said and hung up. I sighed an sat with my back on Sirius chest. "Did I ever thank you for not being crazy?" I asked looking at him, he shook his head with a small smile. "Thank you." I told him.

"Your welcome. So, why won't he leave you alone?" He asked looking at me with concern and curiosity.

"Well, he thinks he has a shot at getting back with me. Which he doesn't. He also thinks that working at the school redeems him but it doesn't. The only other person that knows is Lizzie, my family doesn't even know where he is. Or they would travel the 16 hours and rip out his heart, or torture him. I come from a very violent family." I told him chuckling. "And... I just don't want you all to get hurt and get caught in the crossfire, god knows how many enemies my family has." I told him.

"Everything will work out Hope. Let's go back to school." He said and I nodded. We walked to the fireplace, flooed to school and saw no one so we walked out of Dumbledore's office to the great hall for lunch. We walked in and saw our friends, we smiled and walked over to them.

"Where were you guys? And all night." Lily scolded.

"I had to give Sirius his birthday present." I said shrugging, James wiggled his eyebrows and that resulted in him getting smacked in the head by me. "Nothing like that you pervert. It was to big to give all of it in the common room." I said smiling.

"I thought you said you would stop being vague?" Marlene asked and I nodded.

"Show them." I said looking at Sirius, he nodded and gave Lily to look at the deed and she gasped.

"What?" The rest of our friends asked.

"You gave him a house?" Remus asked.

"Well... not- yeah. I did. It's connected to the floo so you can all visit. It's in London. My family had it and it was collecting dust, so I thought why not put it to good use?" I asked shrugging.

"So you gave him a house?" Alice asked smiling.

"Well you should wait to see what I get him for his 15th." I said then covered my mouth with my hand, tightly shut my eyes and groaned. "Please say I didn't say that out loud?" I asked looking at Lily and she nodded sadly. "Dammit!" I swore.

"What are you getting me for my 15th?" He asked, I sighed I went to speak but Marlene saw my expression and cut me off.

"You're not seriously ruining the surprise are you?" She asked.

"Yes, I am." I told her and she started shoving her mouth with food again. I turned to face Sirius with a serious expression. "A motorcycle. When it got closer I was going to get the boys to help me pick one out." I told him.

"You can't." He said.

"Look, my family has a collection of vehicles collecting dust from over the years. One flat and one bike won't really make a difference." I told him. "Of course I'll have to teach you how to drive first." I told him.

"You know how drive motorbike?" Remus asked shocked.

"After my parents died I busied myself with a lot of things, I traveled, taught myself how to drive after many failed attempts, I succeeded, and I did a lot of wallowing." I said shrugging. 

"Wicked." James said and we all laughed.

"I'm gonna go get changed then head to the black lake. See you guys later." I said, I hugged my friends later and kissed Sirius cheek then went to the dorms.
I got changed then went to the black lake with my sketch book and pencils in my bag.
