Talia couldn't sleep.

Talia didn't want to sleep.

She saw when Carter kissed her hand and said that he couldn't. Did he not want to be involved in all this? He had told her that everything he had done, he did because he wanted too but maybe that was just to make her feel better.

Of course it was, what kind of fool wants to leave their normal life for this?

Slowly, she pulled away from his grip and rolled out of the bed, falling to the ground with a thud. Luckily, Carter only groans and murmurs something before turning to the other side facing the door.

She was just going to go downstairs to get something to drink. As she walked down the corridor she felt a cool breeze and she wrapped her arms around her body and it was only then she realized that the back of her hoodie was torn.

Vivian really hadn't noticed this because of Carter? No wonder they say love is blind.

She felt another breeze but this time it carried words which she could not understand. She was just hearing things. It had been a long day for everyone.

When she finally got to the kitchen she saw a blurry figure stand beside the fridge before it ran out the door and she followed it, she didn't know what had possessed her to do such but her legs moved before her brain could process what was going on.

It ran outside and seemed to move with super speed because for every step she took it had already moved ten. She kept chasing after it thinking it was Devon who had followed her here. She wanted to give him a piece of her mind and just.. strangle him for as long as she could. She wanted to hurt him so bad and it was that hatred that gave her the strength to continue running.

But all her efforts were in vain and now she had no idea where she was. The sun had not yet risen and it was still partially dark at three a.m. but she could see where she was and she knew she was lost.

What kind of idiot chases someone in the dark?

"What do you think you're doing here?" A female says from behind her and Talia turns to see woman with fair skin, blonde hair and blue eyes. She wore a mask like the ones they wore in balls in the fairy tales.

"I don't know." Talia shrugs and walks past her.

"Hey." She grabs Talia's forearm pulling her back and this reminds her of that time at the strip club. "You can't leave."

"I'm pretty sure I can." She pulls her arm back.

"Let me guess, you're another one of those stupid gullible girls who thought they had found love online, aren't you?" She pouts.

"What the hell are you talking about?"

"Don't act like a dumb bitch, I mean, you are a dumb bitch because you came all the way here to meet someone you've never actually met in real life. And by 3 a.m? You're pathetic." She says and Talia throws a punch, connecting it right to her jaw.

"I don't know what you're going on about but I–" Talia gasps as she finally connects the dots together.

This must have been the same place Sharon went to when she met Bashir and when she met... Rodriguez. He was the pedophile she was talking about and she had fallen right into his den.

By punching her she had called the attention of other people there. All of them were masks to cover their faces, two people ran towards her; one wearing a plague doctor mask and the other was just a plain sac with eye holes.

She looked them dead in the eyes and tried to use her powers. They stopped in their tracks as the one wearing the plague doctor mask breaks the neck of his comrade.
