Thirty-three

"S– Sharon?!" Talia asks and stretches her hands out as if she wasn't real and she was trying to feel her. "W– what are you doing here?"

No reply.

Oh no. Maybe Devon had already gotten her under his mind control.

"Sharon." She inched closer to her cautiously because she didn't fully know how dangerous she was.

"Listen to me–"

"No. You listen to me." Sharon interrupt looking very deadly. Talia saw something was off. She didn't have that dead look in her eye so Devon probably wasn't controlling her so.. why did she drag her and.. why did she do that to Carter.

"You.. psychotic.. bitch!" Sharon lunges at her and swings her blade awfully close to Talia's face but she uses her forearm to block it and ended up slicing it a little. It stung but she had bigger fish to fry.

"What–" Sharon attacked her again but this time she slid to the side, took Sharon's arm and kneed her in the gut. She could just do the same things she did to the woman outside but Sharon was her friend and something was definitely wrong.

"–Are you doing?!" Talia grabs her wrist as the knife towered precariously on too of her head. Sharon used her legs and to kick her ribs and used her heels to hit Talia's sputum making her wheeze and go into another coughing fit as she fell to the ground.

"What am I doing?" Sharon started of slowly as she raised her legs to stomp on Talia's head but she rolls away in the nick of time.

"You ask me what I'm doing?!" She yelled and threw her blade at Talia but she dodges it and it stabs an unfortunate fellow in the head right behind her.

"Of course I'm asking you! Why are you doing this?" Talia took out her own blade and decided to finally start attacking her even though she was her friend.

"You thought I wouldn't find out!" Sharon yelled at the top of her voice as she took another knife from her belt and ran towards Talia. Talia carefully makes sure she misses the blade and still grabs her arm before pulling her towards her and then elbowing her in her spinal cord.

Sharon was behind her so she couldn't see where she was aiming but she swung her knife up and it sliced Sharon's jaw.

She yelled in pain and Talia decided that she wasn't under any mind control.

This was purely her doing.

The fact that she knew she acted on her own accord was enough to fuel the fire inside her and she could finally fully attack her.

She dragged Sharon by her hair and hit it against the wall as blood trickled down her forehead she then pulled her head back and jammed her knee into the back of her neck.

Talia swung her knife aiming for her head but Sharon ducked and she cut a her hair instead. Talia punched Sharon in the nose and wasted no time in giving her a upper cut.

Sharon then grabbed Talia's neck tightly and choked slammed her into the ground. She stomped on her stomach and she coughed out blood. Talia hastily got up but she was still a little bit dazed as she staggered from side to side.

She turned and saw Carter lying on the floor. She could see his chest rising and falling slowly so at least he wasn't dead which was a very good thing.

"What the hell did I do to you?!" Talia yells and Sharon uses her sleeve to wipe away the blood that slid into her eyes.

Sharon laughed and laughed hysterically before she started crying and before her face went red with fury. "You... You killed my aunt!"
