049 | 𝙺𝚊𝚋𝚞𝚝𝚘~𝚆𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝙼𝚎 (𝚅𝚊𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚎𝚜 𝚂𝚙𝚎𝚌𝚒𝚊𝚕)(𝚄𝚙𝚍𝚊𝚝𝚎)

     I know it's a little early, but I also have to publish this because it's a request, so... :)

     A warm breeze greeted you after a day of shopping. You closed the door behind you and dove straight to the kitchen. You had bought sweets for you, Kabuto, and Orochimaru. Well, not sweets just yet. The seller offered you her cocoa powder imported from far away. According to her and many reviewers, they were of really good quality, but not much for quantity. So, you had snatched one for yourself.

     "Are you making chocolates for a special someone, dear?" she questioned playfully as her eyebrows wiggled at the sight of you freezing for a second. Similar to how a kid has been caught eating by the fridge at home at midnight.

     "Oh, yes." you giggled and blushed at the thought of your beloved eating the chocolate you'll be making.

     "Alright, take the cocoa then. It has a secret ingredient and it'll help you with your special someone." with that, the seller laughed like a madwoman.

     "Chocolates?" he peaked in the box you carried,

     "Yes, I made this batch just for you. I already gave Orochimaru his share." the chocolates were laid in rows and rows of five. One row were the normal dairy milk chocolate, one were squares that had a tiny faux green leaf on top; most likely contained peppermint in it, one row were sprinkled with almond bits, one with colorful sprinkles, and one with what seemed like dark chocolate. Kabuto picked the one with almonds and popped it in his mouth.

     "So?" he didn't say anything as the sweetness melted on his taste buds; his teeth crunched the almonds.

     "It's sweet," Kabuto finally swallowed the treat. "Really sweet."

     "If you don't like it I can have some of it-" you soon remembered how he never enjoyed eating sweets that much. Always said it made him feel like a child. Now after being with him for a long time you finally see the uncanny resemblance between your lover and a rebellious teen.

     "No, I'll take it. It's Valentine's Day anyways. On the plus side, Lord Orochimaru had taken them too, right?" you nodded. "Then that means he must've liked them."

     He reached into the box for another piece - this time the peppermint one - and popped it into his mouth. That was when he came to a halt.

     "Kabuto?"

     "How did you get in here?" he spoke to no one in particular. You knew since he witnessed you entering his room. Not breaking, just entering.

     "What do you mean 'how did you get here?'?" you questioned your lover.

     "(Y/n), where did you get the cocoa for these chocolates?" his voice turned serious and so did his gaze as it landed on you.

     "The market just today. The seller told me that they're great quality and-"
     "Why do I feel so hot?" that's cuz you are, my guy-

     "What?" you looked at your lover, examining how he looked flushed with red cheeks and how tiny beads of sweat began to form."Kabuto, do you wanna lay down?"

     Worried, you tried beckoning over your grey-haired lover to his bed but he chuckled and coughed. "They weren't lying when they say these stuff are for adults."

     You were confused.

     He noticed how puzzled you were and told you to look at the packaging of the cocoa powder.  You flipped the paperboard box around and spotted a tag on the bottom close to the expiration date. It read, "CAUTION: COCOA CONTAINS APHRODISIAC"

     "WHAT!?"

     "Aphrodisiac is a substance that increases sexual desire, sexual attraction, sexual pleasure, or sexual behavior-"

     "I know what an aphrodisiac is, Kabuto!"

     "Alright, you don't have to act so worried or-"

     "I'm surprised you don't have an ounce of worry in you at the moment."

     He seized his glasses off then grabbed your shoulders and pulled you in a hot embrace. Smelling your hair, his hands roamed around your body. He nuzzled his face into the crook of my neck like how a cat would to a palm of one's hand. If only he knew how hard your heart was pounding. The chocolate was so sweet as if it was diabetes in one bite, along with the look Kabuto was giving you it made your heart race.

     "Did you use the same powder for Orochimaru?" you shook your head. "Good. Cause I'm really not in the mood to share you with someone else right now."

     Oh, boy. What did you put yourself into?
