       Miles and Y/N walked down the darkened hallways, down the stairs and into the entry room. Standing there was Kate. She had short blonde hair and was kind of tall.

"Hi, I'm Kate. You must be Y/N." Kate said.

"Yeah that's me, and this is my boyfriend Miles," Y/N said while pointing to Miles.

"Hello Miles," Kate said, waving to him.

"Hi," Miles whispered shyly.

"Oh come on Miles, you don't have be nervous in front of Kate," Mrs. Grose said.

"It's okay Mrs. Grose, I expect it," Kate said.

"Well Y/N and I are going to go ride the horses, nice meeting you Kate," Miles interrupted.

"Nice meeting you too, have fun and be safe," Kate said nicely.

Miles grabbed Y/N's hand and walked out the door with her into the stables.

"What did you think of her?" Miles asked

"She was very nice," Y/N responsed.

"A little too nice," Miles scoffed.

"Miles, she's just being friendly," Y/N said.

Miles wasn't always a people person. He always hated meeting new people so this was nothing different for Y/N to be hearing from Miles. Y/N is lucky that he even wanted to talk to her when they first met.

"Miles, give her a chance, Flora seems to really like her," Y/N said.

"Flora likes everyone, how do I know I can trust her?" Miles questioned.

"Oh my God, please just her a chance," Y/N complained.

"Fine one chance but if she fucks it up, I'm done," Miles said.

"Thank you," Y/N sighed.

They then saw Flora guiding Kate towards the stables.

"Hi guys!" Flora yelled while waving from a far.

Y/N waved back at her as Kate and Flora got closer and closer.

"I'm going inside," Miles scoffed.

"Miles, you said you would give her a chance," Y/N whined.

"Right," Miles sighed.

Flora and Kate were then right by the couple.

"How's it going?," Kate asked.

"Why do you ca-"

"It's going great," Y/N said, interrupting Miles.

"That's......good," Kate said confused.

"Miles isn't very nice," Flora said.

"Flora, he's just not used to new people, I'm sorry Kate," Y/N explained.

"It's fine, I totally get it," Kate laughed.

"I'm going to go ride, coming with Kate?" Flora asked.

"Actually it's dinner time, then we have to clean up, then bedtime." Kate said.

"Awe, okay," Flora said sadly.

"Let's go Miles and Y/N," Kate said.

"Okay we'll be right behind you guys," Y/N responded.

Kate and Flora were walking in front while Y/N and Miles were walking a few feet behind.

"See she isn't that bad," Y/N said to Miles.

"I guess," Miles said while shrugging his shoulders.

They all got inside.
