Draco's pov

After the war I had changed a lot my father had went to Azkaban for good and my mother was still with me which was alright with me, we where eating when a letter had came it was a letter from Hogwarts they had wanted me to come back to finish the year and I accepted it, it was now the next day I was there at the train station I went in to my compartment where my friends we're waiting for me I sat down and we all just talked about what we did over the summer It was good to talk to them again and with that we had made it we all got out and the headmistress had told everyone to go to dinner when  they had finished packing

"Hurry up packing I'm hungry" Theo said

"Be patient Theo" Blaise had said back

After we were finished we had went to dinner, Headmistress Mcgonagall was getting ready to make a special speech

"Everyone quiet please, thank you for coming since it is a new year we will be having a new head girl and head boy now first the head girl i choose this girl because she is brave smart and I think she will cooperate with the head boy... Hermione Granger

"Omg" Hermione said with a shocked face

"Congratulations mione!!" Her friends told her

*Everyone applauded and congratulated her*

"Now for the head boy I chose this boy because he is very brave he tried to do the right thing he had made a lot of mistakes but he has changed now he is loyal and was misunderstood by everyone...Draco Malfoy

"Wait what?" Draco said confused

"Congratulations mate" his friends told him while patting him in his back

*Everyone applauded and congratulated him*

"Now come to my office when your done, you all may begin to eat" headmistress Mcgonagall had said

*Everyone began to eat*

Hermiones pov (short)
I was all done eating and had went to headmistress Mcgonagalls office but I waited out for Draco to come so we can go in together

Draco's pov
I was all done I looked up and saw that Hermione wasn't there anymore so I assumed she had went to headmistress Mcgonagalls office I got up fixed my self and went over there when I noticed a beautiful girl there I went up and it was Hermione all I told here was...

"Hello" with an awkward smile

" Hello Malfoy" was all she said

"Umm thanks for waiting for me"

"It's alright shall we go in" Hermione said with a smile

I smiled back and nodded and we went in I found it weird how she was nice to me since were usually mean to each other

Hermiones pov

I had noticed someone coming up to me it was Draco, I released how attractive he looked with his shiny blonde hair his grey eyes and his perfect body he had walked up to me and said hello but in a friendly awkward way I said to him hello back and he thanked me for waiting for him I smiled at him and he smiled back to me, he really did change after all since he isn't really the type to say thank you we both went in
