Jae's Shaft: The dining room
"Waaaaaah-" Jae yelled, as I walked into the room.
"Jungkook, are you sure you lent her your clothes and not one of your business partner's clothes? How in the world of cabbage soups did they fit her so well?" His eyes were about fall out of his sockets and even though Jeon tried to keep a poker face, slight bewilderment was still visible. I couldn't help but speechlessly stare back at them. Did I really look that much out of the norm?
"I was sure they would fit you, but to fit you to such extent where its literally hugging you is simply, wow!" Jeon stated as I tried to keep my composure and hoping they wouldn't question because explaining them the mechanism of my shoes, is the last thing I want to do.
"But seriously, how are they fitting you this well? I have 2 theories in mind, want me to share them?" Jae spoke casually, not being able to sense the tension.
"I just going to tell them, 1) You are either really good at sewing considering how long you took to change into a pant and a shirt, or 2) Jungkook isn't as ripped and muscular as I thought he'd be. Now from these 2 theories, my money is on the second one!" He spoke loudly, earning a harsh glare from Jeon and smile from me. At least they don't suspect anything-well Jae doesn't, but Jeon is still quite skeptical about it. I'm going to have to be more careful around him. He is a lot more observant than I thought, but then again, he IS a thief for a reason.
"Lyn! Are you listening? Do you want bread with your soup or not?"
"Huh...bread? Oh yea...umm...sorry about that. Yes, please"
As I took my place beside Jeon, an instant "Mmmmmmh" escaped my lips after taking my first bite. Although it was slightly bland, it tasted heavenly because it had been over 36 hours since I had my last meal. It was just me and the food until I heard Jeon choking, how did I not hear him?!
I passed him a glass of water and rubbed his back for him while Jae patted or more like slapped his back. After a few solid minutes, he finally calmed down and glared at me.
"What are you looking at?"
"Who does that?"
"Do what? I didn't even say anything!?"
"Who freaking makes that sound?"
"What sound!"
"The sound you made when you ate. If I may remind you, we are eating right now!" And that's where I lost him. I have never been so confused in my life, so I sat there thinking until it struck me.
"You mean the 'Mmmmm-" he cut me off.
"Don't. Do. That. Again!" and I looked him cluelessly, still not being able to comprehend the meaning buts he continued.
"Just don't, ok? It comes out really wrong and I'm only saying it for your sake and safety, so be careful of what noise you produce." I simply nodded and got back to eating, only to be interrupted by Jae's maniac laughter.
"Bahahahahahahah *breathes* Aahahahaha-oh god!! Watching you guys argue is so hilarious. Lyn, you have no idea of how strict Mr. Grumpy face is. He's the type to kill a person if they breathe loudly and for you to actually be alive after moaning, that's a wow!" he choked on his laughter but neither of flinched.
"I wasn't moaning! I hadn't eaten anything for over 36 hours, so its only naturally that I would enjoy my first morsel of food" I retorted which happened to grab the boys' attention immediately.
"You starved yourself for 2 days?! Sweetheart, I understand that looking pretty and appealing is thing between women, but that's not right way" Jae spoke while Jeon sat there dumfounded.
