Mr. Choi's office
"I'm sorry what? Help them find their 'happily ever afters'? And 'settle their grudges'?" I was confused to point where my brain might ring itself and any squeeze any leftover knowledge. Like what the hell.
"That's right!" Mr. Choi spoke in a very unenthusiastic tone.
"What do you mean? Are they some sort of lost fairy-tales or what?" I was trying my best to suppress my anger and shock, but, Won-young's face is making it more and more difficult. Ughhhh.
"Well, if you really want to know, then let's get started." And then suddenly the lighting in the room changed to an eerie gray and black. It wasn't long before a shiver ran down my spine, a sign which told me that this story is not going to be an average happy story.
"Every fairy-tale in this world has an origin. A place where it first took place and by that, I mean, the first original characters, location, plot and such that. But every one of those stories have versions taking place in different places during different times like year, month or era. But regardless, they do end up following the tentative plot of the original story. But know this that they take place in the real world. They occur, for most of the time around us even if we may not realize it." He paused
"But for some, a happily ever after is something they think they can live without, a dream, or a gamble." Upon finishing, he let out a deep sigh.
"Let me guess, the 3 you just described are the 3 that I need to resolve?" and he nodded. But as if something in him clicked, he dismissed himself while telling Jinto fill me in with the details.
"lastly, once a portal opens between the realms for me to leave, will I be able to travel back into the realm I exited from or not?"
"Yes and...No. I can't tell you that because it has not been done before so I suggest you erase that thought from your mind, hmmm?" Mr. Choi gave me a tight smile at the end which didn't make feel better, at all.
Common area/lobby
"The happy endings you are supposed to help with will be taking place in 3 realms. Once you have achieved the happily ever after, a portal will open and transfer you to the next realm and like Mr. Choi said before, forget about travelling back and forth because no one knows what will happen since its never been done before, understood." I nodded.
"As for me, I will be watching you from above" he spoke while pointing to the ceiling and upon seeing the confusion on my face, he began to speak again.
"I'm your narrator, so I can't be with you physically. But I can with you in here" he poked my head.
"so, you mean, we use telepathy to communicate?"
"Exactly! I will also be warning you about things and when to make your move and such that." I made an 'o' with my mouth. But suddenly Alex's face shot into a serious one.
"if you're worried about the time and about getting home don't worry because 1 month spent in the manor is equal to 1 hour in the real world." And this made me realize something. The rehearsals start in a day and if my calculations don't deceive me, I got about 2 years? Wow! That's a lot of time. I smugly smiled to myself.
"Well...now that you know everything, let's get you through your first door; Realm 2. Once you're through it, a portal will open to guide you to the next realm but don't worry I'll remind you again when the time comes, ok?!" I nodded.
As we began walk towards the wooden door my nerves began to kick in. My palms became sweaty as the beat of my heart became more and more unsteady. Because of this, my breathing also became unsteady. I was beginning to question my presence here until Jin broke me out of my trance.
"we're here! Are you ready?" I slightly nodded
"You'll be great! Don't worry I'll be there with you...ALWAYS!" and he pulled me into a brotherly hug. As if on cue, my nerves began to ease, and I felt safe knowing that he won't let me get in any harm's way.
"Alright let's do this" I said and left his warm embrace.
I took a deep breath and turned the doorknob. Upon opening, I was met with darkness. Silent and eerie darkness, like the black hole with no other forms of life in sight. I took a deep breath and stepped into the void.

Where am I? Who am I? Why am I here? WAIT WHAT!!
I'm wet. But why am I wet? And why am I in water!! I quickly walk out of the stream of water and onto what seemed like the sidewalk. Drenched and cold, I walked towards the dryland also in hopes asking someone for assistance.
"excuse me? Yea...hi...ummmm...could tell me where I am and what the date is, please?" I asked a pregnant lady walking with a little girl in pigtails.
"This is Venice, Italy darling. The city of water! And for the date, its August 8, 1920." With that she left me stranded, alone and cold, precisely 100 years back in history.
Lost and dumbfounded, I tried to call out to Jin, but he didn't respond. Maybe he's getting settled. Maybe my powers have not gotten to that point where I can call out to him first. Maybe...Maybe...Maybe.
I continued walking, so I can find a safe place I can sit and rest...*growl*and maybe grab a bite too. *sigh*. Turning into and towards a secluded ally way, I come to a halt. Time to get out of these wet clothes.
"Hey shoes, please change me out of these wet clothes, please. I beg you." I was alone and cold with no one to turn to. I really wanted these shoes to work for the sake of my health. Trying to hold my tears, I close my eyes. I stood like that for a I-don't-know-how-long until I heard footsteps. I quickly opened them to my surprise, the dress changed but soon I was met face-to-face with the ground. Ughhhhh, that hurt!
"Oh, my bad. Here, let me help you up. We don't want a pretty lady like you to be on the ground like that, now do we?" he smirked and held out a hand for me to hold which I clearly refused and stood on my own.
"thanks, but no thanks! Watch where you're going next time! Quelle douleur dans le cul."

So I decided to do an early update to compensate for my tardiness on Wednesday. You all have no idea how stressed I am right now with uni and life which bring me to a few life updates I want to share.
1. My university is extending our winter break by a week, which I get 20 days off instead of getting only 13 days off. (It will be from Dec 21 to Jan 11, instead of ending on Jan 04 :))!!)
2. I passed my my math test from 2 week's ago...not by a lot, but I made an improvement and that's what counts
3. So my lab report 5 & 6 went pretty bad in physics, and did take a toll on my overall average...so pray for me that I score well on report 7 & 8 so I pass physics with a better score and so I never have to take it again!! Please?
4. I will probably go on a mini Hiatus till Christmas starting December 1. I apologize for the inconvenience but my finals are on December 12, 14, 15, 17 and 21. After writing my final on the 21st, I have to go for my surgery, which will take my at least a week to recover from. So chances are that I may be able to upload at least a total of 15 chapters. I am working on Ch. 12 right now and maybe able to finish the 13, 14 , 15 over my hiatus...I don't know yet.
