"Need help up?" Lauren asks making me smile "I'm pretty sure I can manage" I reply and she looks at me curiously "you sure? I mean you can't use your leg at the moment" Mila says as I walk over to the tree putting the stick up against the stump before looking at her "who said I have to use my legs" I say with a side smirk stepping back from the tree
They follow me with their eyes as I make my way over to a thick vine that is coming from the tree they are on and I pull on it making sure it will take my weight even though I know it is strong and thick so I knew it is good by the look of it but better safe then sorry so I use my good leg and jump grabbing it with my right hand and then lift my left pulling myself up with my right so I can grab it from up higher and they watch as I do this a couple of times without using my legs
"That takes some serious strength to do that" Mani says as I look at her but don't stop what I am doing before I look back at what I am doing until I get to a branch above them all and climb up on it and hold on with all fours as I would usually do when I'm up in a tree and I haven't been walking on all fours like I use to do all the time but now that old habit is coming back and I walk on all fours closer to the stump if the tree and look down at them
"Now we wait for a animal to come so get comfy and stay quiet" I say making them get comfy as Lauren looks at the girls who look out for any movement but she looks up at me and stand up on the branch grabbing another coming up to me so I move back so she has room to climb up onto my branch and sit down next to me as I stay on all fours looking out for any animals and all the girls have their bows and arrows on their backs
After a few minutes I see something move and I look at it and see it is a little rabbit so I tap Lauren and point at it so she takes her bow out and reload it with a arrow and aim at it but she doesn't take notice of the wind "aim a little to the left, it's windy" I whisper to her and as I am next to her I basically whisper in her ear and she shivers a little but does as she is told
"Relax you release hand" I say quietly making sure the rabbit doesn't hear me and I see her relax it "good now when your about to shot hold your breath, it will make you more accurate" I say with the same quiet tone and she takes a few breaths taking her time before she holds her breath and releases the string and we watch as the arrow goes straight through its head and she looks at me and smiles proudly "well done baby" I say and kiss her quickly before pulling back "stay here I'll go get it" I say and move "wait no your still healing" she goes to grab me but I jump of the branch and grab a vine swinging to another tree and land safety on the other tree with my right leg catching my weight
I then run on all fours jumping from branch to branch in a fast manner but low for me as I still need to be careful and take it easy for now and once I am above the dead rabbit I grab and thick vine and wrap it around my hand three times before jumping down and grab the rabbit by the ears as the vine pulls back bouncing me a little and brings me back up into the tree back on the branch as expected
I let go of the vine and tie the bunny to my waist before I swing and jump back from vine to branch to branch to vine until I get to Lauren and she doesn't look to impressed right now and I grab the bunny and hold it out to her "you're supposed to be taking it easy" she whisper yells at me "I am" I say as she takes the bunny from my hand so I lower my hand back onto the branch leaning in it a little witch that makes my knuckles spread out like a gorillas hand would it only makes sense as my bone structure has evolved when I was growing up to the way I walk and run on all fours and it doesn't hurt it's normal for me and Dinah says Tarzan is the same so I guess it is kind of cool
"You call that taking it easy?" Ally asks making me look down at her but then wrap my good leg around the branch and let myself fall upside down so I am next to her hanging and Lauren thought I was falling my the looks on her face but she soon calms down when she sees me hanging "yes, I mean I could go faster but that would possibly hurt my leg" I say as she looks at me as my hair dangles above me "you have to be careful" she says with a motherly tone witch I have heard a lot this last few months
"I was being careful, I promise" I say making her sign but nod "okay but next time slow down a little I don't want you to hurt yourself anymore then you already are" she says making me nod "okay I will" I say as she looks at me for a few more seconds but nod so I lift myself back up onto the branch next to Lauren
