"Thanks" she says sarcastically making me smile "welcome" I reply as we all then start making our way back home and slowly dry as we walk well what I all walking and what Lauren calls crawling
Once we are back at stump we walk in and I start a fire as it is getting a little cold as it start turning night time on the way back and our clothes are still wet and so is kitty's fur so he sits by the fire to help him dry quicker and so does Lauren while me on the other hand take my clothes off so I can get into dry ones and once I take them off I walk over to the fire and hang them close to it so they will dry quicker "oh fuck" I hear making me look over my shoulder and see Lauren looking a little red again while she stares at the floor
I then remember that being naked always makes the other person blush because they say that is isn't normal to strip down in front of someone and apparently it makes the other person flustered but I turn around putting the rest of my clothes out and hear shuffles behind me but I just assume that its other kitty or Lauren and for some reason they seem hesitant but turning around I bump into Lauren
"Sorry" I say grabbing her arms gently just incase I made her off balance but I didn't as she seemed to expect it and she is looking at me with this look I've only seen a few times when I am getting dressed or getting a shower with Ella and she comes with witch I'm not sure why but I don't mind it as I like her company
"Lauren?" I ask as she has been quiet for a while as she continues to look at me with these dark green eyes "you okay?" I add and she just nods silently still looking at me in my eyes "you are really beautiful y/n" she says making me smile "thank you" I say and kiss her cheek sweetly and pull back
"You are gorgeous, inside and out" I say booping her nose making her go cross eyes as I did it and she watch before looking back at me and I giggle as she looks funny but cute when she did that and she blushes at the same time "cute" I add making her go even more red then before witch makes my smile widen
I then wrap my arms around her waist pulling her closer to me and she puts her hands on my shoulder and I can sense she is tense making me frown "you're tense" I say and she doesn't look at me making me frown maybe I'm making her uncomfortable?
I pull back a little still looking at her "I'm making you uncomfortable" I say and this makes her look at me "what no" she says making me confused "then why are you tense?" I ask and she swallows a little lump in her throat like is I'd debating whether to tell me or not but signs in defeat "it's because I'm nervous" she says making me tilt my head "why?" I ask squeeze her waist a little as comfort
"Because... You're naked" she says but I don't understand why she is nervous over me being naked in front of her "okay?" I say with still a confused tone and she notices it and grabs one of my hands pulling me over to the bed and sits down so I sit down next to her "y/n, I'm nervous and tense because of the sworn of butterflies in my stomach... I get them every time I see you naked and it drives me wild because of it" she explains and I look at our hands that are in each others
"So... It's a good kind of nervous?" I ask and she nods making me relieved that I don't make her uncomfortable "you get butterflies too?" I ask and she tilts her head "you get them as well?" She asks and I nod telling her that I do "yeah, I get them every time you touch me or when you kiss me and sometimes even when I think of you a lot" I say making her smile widen "same here" she says softly as she rubs the back of my hand smoothly
"I-i should probably l-let you get dressed" she says looking away from me but I did catch her look at my body before looking away "okay" I say kissing her cheek quickly witch makes her blush even more as she felt my breast rub against her arm and I let my lips linger for a few seconds before I stand up getting dressed into dry clothes
Lauren starts to cook some food while I start working on the pelt that she skinned off of the deer and I tie it to a wooden frame that I had built years ago for this particular use to let the pelt dry out and I put it outside under the sun and it is a little sunny today and the snow is mostly gone but that means Ted is going to come out of hibernation soon but not just yet
Once I finish putting it outside I walk back in and help Lauren with the food and now we are just waiting for it to be done and Lauren is over by the squirrel nest that has the babies in it and the mum is with then feeding them and she did take the nuts that I gave her
I walk over with a few nuts in my hand and stand next to Lauren and take her hand making her look at me I then put a nut in her hand and she looks at it "what's this... A nut?" She asks and I nod with a small smile
