River walked through the academy's old heavy doors to see Vanya and Allison. As the doors slammed shut Allison looked up to see who entered the house and when she saw the blond woman her eyes lit up.

"River!" She shouted with joy as she ran towards River and gave her a tight hug.

River returned the hug "Hey Allison good to see you again"

Rivers' eyes then met Vanya's. The two women never had any issues even when Vanya wrote her book Vanya never said anything bad about the girl if anything she praised her. River opened her arms slightly a bit apprehensive "Do I get a hug?"

Vanya smiled and hugged River tightly "Long time no see"

River laughed leaving a soft hum in Vanya's ears "No kidding"

Vanya looked around "Well I'm going to walk around if you don't mind" Allison and River nodded and watched Vanya walk off further into her childhood home.

"So how have people responded to her being here?" River questioned when Vanya walked into the other room and out of ear range.

"Diego didn't like it obviously" Allison informed her.

River nodded and let out a soft sigh "Diego doesn't like anything"

Allison only laughed at her friends joke "Come on lets go see everyone" River smiled at the woman and walked at the side of her through the academy's dull halls the two of them arrived at Reginald's old office. They walked in to see Klaus looking through the draws of Reginald's desk.

"Where's the cash, dad?" Klaus muttered under his breath. Allison and River started to walk closer to the man.

"Klaus?" River questioned. Klaus looked over at the two women and his eyes lit up.

"What are you doing in here?" Allison questioned.

"Oh! Allison! River!" Klaus exclaimed "Wow is that you? Come here" Klaus pulled the two of them into a hug "Long time. Too long. Hey, I was hoping to see you, actually because I wanted to get your autograph. Add it to my collection"

Allison looked at Klaus's wrist to see a band around it. "Just out of rehab?"

"No, no, no, no. I'm done with all that" Klaus let out a sigh "I just came down here to prove to myself that the old man was really gone" He paused before talking again "And he is! He's dead. Yeah!" The man then started to clap "You know how I know? Because if he were alive not one of us would be allowed to set foot in this room" River nodded in agreement while Allison let out a little sigh. "He was always in here, our whole childhood plotting his next torment even on a child that wasn't his" Klaus sat down in Reginald's old chair "Remember how he used to look at us? That scowl? Thank Christ, he's not our real father so we couldn't inherit those cold dead eyes" Klaus pulled a face at the two "Ahh Number Three, X!"

"Get out of his chair!" Someone shouted from the doorway. The three of them turned to see Luther standing at the entrance of the room his large frame shocking all three of the adults at Reginald's old desk.

"Oh wow, Luther! Wow, you really... Filled out over the years huh" Klaus told the man while flexing his arms.

"Klaus" Luther warned.

"Save the lecture. I was already leaving so you guys can talk amongst yourselves" Klaus told him while he started to walk out of the room.

Luther grabbed him before he could leave "Drop it"

"Ex-squeeze me?" Klaus asked in a high-pitched voice.

"Do it now" Luther demanded.

Klaus pulled away from his brother "All right. All right it's just an advance on our inheritance" Klaus told the man while he dropped the items on the floor. "That's all it is". No need to get your little panties in a bunch"

Klaus walked out of the room and slammed the door so Luther walked up to River and Allison "So, Klaus is still Klaus in case you two were wondering"

"You know after all these years I find it strangely comforting," Allison told him.

"Did you see Diego?" Luther asked.

River shook her head "No why?"

Allison laughed "River his outfit is so stupid"

Luther nodded "Do you think he wears that thing in the bathroom?"

"Like in the shower?" Allison asked.

Luther nodded "Yeah"

"Yes, absolutely," Allison told him.

There was an awkward pause of silence so River spoke "So... I'll meet you two downstairs" Luther and Allison nodded as River started to exit the room.
