The two soulmates were talking about their lives so long and still they weren't done. They knew they had to get out of the café before SpitFire kicks them out because you know, they weren't the only customers here.

So they decided that they go to Rapids's apartment and rant there. They went to the cashier's table to pay, still not noticing the two emerald eyes that was not taken off of them.

Dash was paying while Rapid seemed to feel two eyes glaring at him. He turned to see Soarin glaring daggers at him. He smiled softly at him, but Soarin didn't change his expression.

Now Soarin noticed that Rapid was now looking behind him so he turned too. But he did not expect what he saw.

Fire Streak was smiling and waving at Rapid who returned the gesture without any hesitation.

Soarin felt slightly betrayed by seeing the small interaction between them but he didn't know why.

Rainbow Dash went towards the group not knowing what exactly was going on. Soarin, who saw her coming towards him, quickly changed his expression into a fake smile and turned his head towards her.

"Hey guys, so I'm guessing you don't know each other?" She asked them. Fire went back to work not saying anything.

"No"

"Okay then, Soarin, this is RapidFire, my bestest friend ever, if that's a word." She said to Soarin. He nodded in response without taking his glaring eyes off of Rapid.

"And Rapid, this is Soarin, my.... Best friend." She said after a short pause, not knowing what to say.

Rapid smiled sweetly and reached his hand toward Soarin, who shook it.

"Nice to meet you Soarin." He said while doing so. Soarin faked a smile and nodded his head saying "nice to meet you too Rapid."

Rapid Fire then smirked and lifted a eyebrow at Rainbow Dash, who just hit his arm playfully while glaring and giving out an angry pout at him.

They seemed too close for Soarin's liking.

Even though they were just friends.

Soarin was having mixed emotions now. He was confused, jealous, angry, felt betrayed, and was sad. A pile of questions lay on his head. He was trying to process it all but it was too much to process it all at once.

Why did Fire wave at Rapid?

Why did Rapid wave back? Are they related?

Why was Dash so close with him?

Was Rapid also in a relationship with her like Soarin himself was?

Why did he smirk at her like that after they shook hands?

And why did Dash mention Soarin as a friend?

He literally felt lost now but he didn't even know why. Maybe he was just overreacting. He didn't even know what their relationship was yet he quickly jumped into conclusions.

Then what about the little interaction between Fire and Rapid? Did they know each other already? Maybe he was just overthinking. That was probably it. So he dropped at those thoughts and went back to work before SpitFire starts yelling.

But he made a mental note to ask Fire if he knows Rapid from before.

"Wait.. isn't this where Soarin lives?" Dash asked Rapid as they entered into his apartment.

"Soarin? As in, the guy who looked like he was about to kill me and bury me 10 feet deep into the ground?"

"What?"

"Yes"

"He looked at me like I fucked his girlfriend or took something that belongs to him." Rapid said.

"I don't know what you're talking about but I'm pretty sure this is Soarin's apartment." Dash said.

"Oh! I forgot to mention that I moved from my house. This is my new house now." Rapid said as they walked into his room.

"Does that mean..." Dash trailed off.

"Mean what?" Rapid questioned.

"OMYGOSH DOES THAT MEAN YOU'RE HIS HOUSEMATE???!!" Dash screamed.

"Probably yeah."

"OMYGOSHOMYGOSHOMYGOSH" Dash was running all around his room and jumping like a little kid, while Rapid smiled at his friend's childish antics.

"I might even find out if he has a crush on you too..." Rapid said slyly.

"OHHH YOU ARE SOOOO NOT GONNA DO THAT." Dash started snickering.

"Well maybe I might, who knows huuuh?" Rapid snickered too.

Yes, she even told him about her crush on Soarin, and even explained him about their relationship, while they were in the café. But Rapid didn't judge her for that. He was a good friend. She trusted him that much. And with that, The two continued ranting about their lives again.
