The adults then spoke for a while, leaving Scootaloo to play with Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom. Soarin came to know that the three kids were a powerful trio.
Rapid, Misty and Fleet were long gone, they were nowhere to be seen. they should've been playing UNO with SpitFire and Wave Chill at their home probably.
Then, when it was about lunch time, Dash's parents said that they have to go and they left, only after hugging Soarin very tightly and kissing Dash on the forehead. Scootaloo glared at Soarin one last time before leaving too.
The girls had a group hug and Pinkie didn't want to leave Dash, so she clung to her like a koala for a while. it was hard to leave your best friends behind...
After the goodbyes, Soarin and Dash were finally inside his car. they were going somewhere far but Soarin, as usual, refused to say anything about the location. Dash got used to this by now. everytime she asked him about where they went, he would refuse to tell anything.
After a while, they stopped at a restaurant and Soarin left the ordering part to Dash and she felt a bit shy at first but loosened up later. She ate till she felt like she would explode. Soarin was literally melting at her cuteness in the mean time.
When the eating part was done, Soarin insisted that he would pay because it was her graduation. yeah, just graduation... on february 1st. nothing speacial right?
right?
no.
It's Dash's birthday. Soarin knew it all along, and even planned it. He got only 3 hours of sleep the night before, but did he care?
no. he knew it would all be worth it after he surprises his girlfriend. he was very much whipped for her indeed.
After a very long and boring ride, they arrived at the beach. Dash did not expect it but she liked it nonetheless.
Soarin closed her eyes with his hands, immediately after they stepped out of the car. He told her that it was a surprise. He led her all the way up to the place where he set up her surprise.
He slowly removed his hands from her face, allowing her to open her eyes and take in her surroundings.
She let out a small gasp when she realised that it was a simple, but beautiful picnic set up. there were small led lights all over the place which lit up the place. there was a picnic basket which had delicious snacks inside it. it was placed on the towel neatly.
The sky was painted orange which meant it was evening. there was also a camera placed on the blanket for some reason.
The picnic was set up on the shore of the beach. it was very close to the water.
