What happens when a school girl with some sense of art, meets an ordinary boy working at a coffee shop?

"Yeah, my shift's almost over I gotta go home now. Alone..." He whispered the last part to himself so no one could hear. He always walked home alone but he was used to drop Rainbow Dash before going home now. It just felt strangely lonely when she's not with him.
"Oh, then, I forgot to tell you that there's a new person in our apartment now. You can greet him while you go home if you want to." Fire told him.
"I'll do. But who is he?" He asked knowing that Fire said 'him'.
"He's the one who came today earlier here. He was with Rainbow Dash. His name's Rapid Fire." Fire smiled.
"Oh..." He didn't know what to say. Words formed in his mouth but he couldn't say it out loud.
'Oh so that's why he waved at him..' He thought to himself.
"Okay then, I'll leave. Bye" He told his 'bye' to everyone after changing into his actual clothes and left towards his house.
When he reached his apartment he felt sad. Sad because Dash left with some other guy. Even she told him that he was her best friend so he didn't have to worry. But he did because what if he was her friend with benefit too? Maybe she didn't even tell him about that. Or people could have more than one friends with benefits?
With all these thoughts, he didn't even realize that he already reached Rapids's room. He stopped right before the door. He saw that there wasn't only one pair of shoes there. There was also a familiar one.
He recognised who's shoes they were. It was Dash's. But what was she doing in his house? He was already stressed because of the earlier thoughts and this didn't help at all.
He was actually deciding whether he should go in or not. What if they were doing something and he might have walked in on them? What if they were talking about him? He was really anxious and nervous now.
What if he just rang the bell and ran away?
Eh, that wouldn't be a good idea. He didn't want to be there anymore. He just wanted to run away from there.
Then he just realized that he was actually standing there for a long ass time now. What if someone saw him and think he's a stalker? What if Dash and Rapid was looking at him through the peep hole?
He didn't know why he did that but he unconsciously rang the bell. Twice.
He was sweating and was internally screaming. Why did he have to do that. He just wanted to run away now so badly. He was now thinking of doing it. But something inside him told him not to.
Few seconds later, the door flew open. Rapid Fire was standing there and he smiled after he saw Soarin.
Soarin smiled nervously and laughed, not knowing what else to do.
"Hi Soarin, glad to meet you again. What brings you here?" Rapid asked.
"Hi Rapid, I'm sorry for being mean to you earlier, I was just having a bad day. Also, I see, your my new neighbor so, I wanted to welcome you here" Soarin said and laughed again.
"Ah it's nothing. And come in!" Rapid laughed too this time.
Soarin walked in and he noticed that things needed to be fixed and replaced yet. So that meant he was here only a few days ago.
When he was about sit on the couch, which was before the TV, he saw a Rainbow blur coming towards him.
And before he knew it, someone was hugging him. It was Dash. He smiled and hugged her back. All of the thoughts that bothered him before, now flew away.
"Awwww, you two are so cute" Rapid cooed, but no one really paid attention to him at the moment.
"Soarin! What are you doing here? You two know each other?" Dash asked.
"No, I just came here to greet him well." He said and smiled.
