Just 'Friends'

It's almost a month now and Soarin and Dash have become the best of friends. They were inseparable. Everyday was the same, Dash goes to school, when the school ends, she comes to the café and hangs out with Soarin.

With Soarin helping with her studies, she has been getting straight A's in every subject. Everything was going nice except the fact that neither of them realized that their feelings for each other have been growing day to day.

Soarin has introduced her to the rest of his friends, Spitfire, Fire Streak, Misty Fly, Surprise, Lightning Streak, Wave Chill, Blaze, and High Winds. So that meant they were friends too now. And so did Rainbow Dash with her friends.

I have a day off tomorrow, I think Windy will be taking care of my shift. Why not enjoy the day tomorrow ? Since tomorrow's Sunday, Dash will be free too.

We could hang out at my favourite place! The amusement park! Well I didn't yet ask her if she's free tho, she might have plans with her friends.

She's already here and it's only 2 more minutes for my shift to end. So I made the same, two Mocha Frappucinos and went towards our favourite spot that she reserved for me.

I helped her with math again. And she's improved a lot! I'm so proud of her. She's a fast learner.

After we're done with the schoolwork, I'm getting myself ready to ask her to go with me to the amusement park tomorrow. I'm so nervous I don't even know why. I mean we've hung out a lot but this one feels different for a reason...

"Hey Dash, I was wondering if we could go to the amusement park tomorrow, you know, it's my favourite place." I say nervously.

"Oh sure! It's my favourite place too! We should ride the roller coaster there! Wait what park are we even going to?" She sounded really excited! That's a good sign...

"Uhh I was thinking about the Las Pegasus's amusement park. I heard that there's a pretty cool roller coaster named The Wild Blue Yonder there."

"Oh okay then! You're picking me up at my home okay?" She ordered.

"Done." She can be really demanding sometimes. But I find it hot though. That's like one of her key personality.

Then we left the café. Wave already left saying 'he had some important work to do' but he seemed pretty mischievous to me.

I dropped her at her home and left to mine. When I reached the door, I heard some speaking noices. It was muffled because it came out through the door. So I couldn't make out what it was.

When I opened the door, "SURPRISE!" Wave, Fire and Lightning shouted. But they weren't the only ones there...

There was Silver Lining.

Silver Lining is basically like a second father to me. He was SpitFire's father. Since Spits and I were close friends from childhood, our parents were best friends too, so we were apparently like siblings. Silver owned the café, so he gave it to SpitFire, and offered me to work there since I didn't have any job at the moment. But he knew my talent in photography and was looking for a job for me, even when I said I could do it myself.
