Cameron's POV

Emma, Aunt May and I were seated on the couch as we laughed at the horror/comedy we were watching

Things got so much better. I don't think I've ever been happier in my life

My arm was snaked around Emma's shoulder as I ate popcorn

I looked to her then paused. She so amazing. So beautiful. The most kind and caring. I'm honored to have her as my girlfriend.

I slowly leaned in and kissed her cheek

"You know, I've never taken you on a date since we started dating"  I whispered to her

She looked up at me and smiled, her eyes beautiful as always

"Youre right" she said and brought my lips to hers and kissed my lips

I smiled

"Tonight. Date. You and me"

"Okay" she giggled

Soon enough, my Aunt was safe in bed.

Emma was waiting in the living room while I was getting ready. I put on a white shirt with a black blazer over it along with black jeans. I styled my hair a bit since it was a mess . I put on body spray then got a little present for Emma.

I walked to the living room and Emma got up out of the seat.

She looked amazing

I couldn't help but smile

"You look perfect babe" I said walking to her and wrapping my arm around her waist

she blushed

"Where'd you get the dress?" I asked her

"Your aunt let me borrow it before she went to bed

I kissed her forehead

"That's great"

I led her out the door and we walked to my car.

Once we were in and buckled, I drove to the area I planned to have the date at

Emma kept silent during the ride but every time I glanced at her, she was smiling

Soon enough I got to the beach area

"The beach?" she asked getting out

"Yup"

We left out and I held her hand as we walked to the shore.

We took our shoes and socks off and sat in front of each other

"what if we get wet?" she asked

"It won't matter" I said and smiled

She curled up next to me and we watched the sun set with its beautiful shades of orange

"Isn't it just gorgeous" she said and smiled

"Not as gorgeous as you"

she blushed and giggled a bit

We stayed silent for a bit

"I'm in love with you Emma. And I mean that in those most honest way. There's just something about you. You're so gentle and sweet. So nice. I never want anything but good for you. I love you. Remember that" I said pouring my feelings out
