"Free?" Ji Pyeong asked.
He then saw that Dal Mi was aggressively looking for her keys inside her purse, "Don't mind me!" she said as she felt his stare.
"I'm sorry, Min-Ah, I'll have to call you back!" Ji Pyeong said and hung up.
Dal-Mi opened her car door when she found her car keys. Her mood suddenly changed. Ji Pyeong was confused by her.
"Are you going home?"
"Yes!"
Dal-Mi was about to enter her car when Ji-Pyeong stopped her.
"Dal Mi, what's the problem?"
"Nothing! Who has a problem?"
"I know you! You're not okay!"
Dal Mi sighed. She knew that she couldn't deny anything from Ji Pyeong. However, she also couldn't say that she felt weird about Min-Ah's —sudden— appearance in his life.
"I am just stressed with all the work in the company," she said instead.
"Don't worry! You'll be fine. Everything will be fine."
"I hope so!" she said with a faint smile.
Dal Mi's phone suddenly rang. When she saw the caller, "It's Sa-Ha!" she informed Ji Pyeong, and she answered.
"Sa-Ha, why?"
"Wanna meet?"
"Sure! where?"
"Is Jangga okay with you?"
"Sure! See you there."
Dal-Mi hung up and faced Ji Pyeong, "I'll go now. Sa-Ha will be waiting for me. And I'm sorry about earlier," she said. Ji Pyeong opened the car door for her, and she entered. Dal Mi opened her window, "Thank you for everything! " she said.
"Don't drink too much, and drive carefully!Enjoy!" Ji Pyeong reminded her.
Dal Mi began driving, and seconds later, she was out of Ji Pyeong's sight. Ji Pyeong went to his car and started driving too. He was halfway home when he remembered that he was supposed to call Min Ah. He immediately dialed her number.
"Min Ah?"
"Ji Pyeong! I thought you were not going to call me back!"
"Sorry about that! So why did you call earlier?"
"I just want to ask you if you wanna meet?"
"Meet? Sure! Where?"
"Cool! let's meet at Jangga."
After she hung up, Ji Pyeong made a U-turn. When he arrived at Jangga, he had a hard time parking. And Min Ah was already at Jangga when he entered.
"Ji Pyeong!" she called.
Ji Pyeong walked towards her.
"Min Ah, why do you want to meet?" he asked while he sat.
"Nothing much! I just wanted to see you again," she answered, showing her small dimples. Ji Pyeong shyly smiled and started their conversation.
"How are you? I don't know that Dong Chun is your cousin,"
"Well! He's not my real cousin. My mom and his were like sisters since they were kids. So, when we were young, we thought we were real cousins," Min Ah pauses, "How about you? How have you been?"
"I am doing fine. Thank you!"
"I see! So you're with Dal Mi; Are you together now?" she curiously asked.
"No! No! Dal Mi is just a friend! —a special friend!" he answered, but only he could hear his last words. "...She just recently opened a company with Sandbox. But how do you know Dal Mi?" he continued.
"Well, Do you remember that night? The night that you are very drunk?"
Ji Pyeong neither denied nor admitted that event, but he was blushing.
"That night, you kept calling me Dal Mi. I asked you: Who was Dal Mi? and you said: 'Dal Mi is— a very —special— friend of mine.' So, when you introduced her earlier, I assumed she was 'that' Dal-Mi. Or Am I wrong?"
Ji Pyeong smiled. He was embarrassed about himself as he heard Min Ah. But when he was about to answer her, a woman came to him, "Mr. Han?" she said. Min Ah and Ji Pyeong looked at her, and he recognized her.
"Ms. Jung! What are you doing here? I thought Dal Mi was with you?"
"I am! She's over there." Sa Ha coldly said as she pointed in Dal Mi's direction. Dal Mi waved.
"Is it okay if we join you?" Sa Ha asked both Ji-Pyeong and Min-Ah.
