"I KNOW I AGREED TO THIS," Jisung said, lifting a spoon full of soup towards his face before gazing hesitantly at his friend. "But if I die, please tell Minho to bring cheesecake to my grave every week." Felix scrunched his nose at the weird request, mumbling as he watched the quokka eye him.

"You've been spending too much time with Hyunjin-ah." He replied, face still scrunched.

The two were currently in Felix's house, occupying the kitchen along with a bunch of used and unused dishes. The stove had been running for the past hour as Felix cooked up foods for the quokka to try, attempting to find his 'cooking strength'. Jisung slowly sipped the soup, his face immediately contorting as he pulled different expressions.

He immediately spoke, keeling over the sink. "What's with you and too much of something? That's way too much oil." Jisung coughed, slamming his fist against his chest in order to fight the slick feeling on his tongue. He grabbed a glass after, filling it with water before chugging it instantly. "What recipe did you follow?"

His eyes darted to Felix's recipe that sat on his phone, glaring at the screen. "Are you sure you didn't get the oil concentration mixed up with something else?" He said, sticking out his tongue to point out the painfully obvious; Felix was simply not meant to cook. The blond licked his lips, speaking in a small voice. "Maybe."

Jisung ran his tongue over his teeth, lips pulled into a disgusted expression. "Make sure to go over the recipe a few times before adding anything. In fact, before you even add anything, check your phone." The boy drew a strong conclusion, sucking in a breath of air before letting his obsidian eyes land on the Australian's figure.

"Just keep checking your phone."

Felix sighed, suddenly reaching back into the cabinet in order to pull out a yellow box. "What's that?" Jisung looked up from his own phone, eyes darting between the container and Felix's soft eyes. The Australian only spoke up after tearing it open, taking out the bag of powdery mix. "Pancake mix," He answered.

Jisung chewed on his bottom lip, glancing at his friend. "Didn't you and Seungmin-ah mess that up before?" He cocked a brow at the boy, using his hand to brush back his blond hair that flopped over his forehead. Felix shrugged, "Yeah, we didn't put enough butter." The quokka pursed his lips, deciding to hold back on any criticism or remarks.

Instead, he silently lifted the glass up to his lips until it was empty, only moving to refill it again as his eyes flitted back and forth between the water pitcher and Felix's form. With furrowed brows and focused eyes, Felix poured the batter into the pan, hearing it sizzle. "Did you add butter?" Jisung quietly asked.

The freckled boy instantly fell apart, turning off the stove as he set his elbows on the counter, slumping forward disappointedly. A loud groan left his lips and Jisung's anxiety spiked, feeling like he had done something wrong. "I forgot the butter again," Felix mumbled, pinning down his bottom lip with his top teeth.

There was a moment of silence before Jisung slowly approached him, helping him slowly clean up as Felix brought out leftovers from the fridge, deeming them the only edible food in the entire kitchen. He warmed up the jjajangmyeon, the microwave humming as he leaned away from the kitchen appliance.

"Jisung-ah," He spoke, the boy looking up.

His wet hands paused against the dish he was rinsing, moving again to place it in the dishwasher. "Hm?" He replied with a soft hum, briefly looking over his shoulder before averting his gaze back to the sink, reaching for another dirtied utensil. "How did you confess to Minho hyung?" His question was curious.

In all honesty, Minho and Jisung had both held back from telling their confession story. Instead, when they had told the others that they were a pair, they all let out sighs of relief and complaints about how long it took. The quokka let out a loud laugh, nearly snorting. "You think I confessed? You give me too much credit," He clicked his tongue, beaming.

Felix smiled slightly at the sound of his laughter, hearing the microwave beep as he reached inside and took out the warm noodles. He plated them, setting them aside on the dining table. "So Minho hyung confessed?" The Australian pried, hearing Jisung add more dishes to the dishwasher rack.

"You could say it like that," He said, a soft look in his eyes.

Felix glanced at him, brown eyes locked onto him before he went towards him, reaching for a wet dish from the dishwasher before running a dish towel over it. "I joked about it and said how it was odd that he only asked me to hang out with him at the fair we were at. He just made a lame excuse and we ended up going on a few rides together."

He continued his story, Felix listening carefully. "Call it cliché, but the ferris wheel got stuck at the top and we ended up just sitting there for a while. He got even more anxious than me and wouldn't stop rambling, but we got down like ten minutes later. It was almost five minutes after that when he literally grabbed my face and kissed me."

Jisung seemed to have a distant look in his eyes as he slid the last dish into the dishwasher. Felix worked quickly, retrieving the already clean dishes before his friend closed it and turned on the machine." He said something about 'wanting to do to that before I died'. It was sweet and unexpected, but it worked." He shrugged, smiling lazily.

"Well, you two are together. . . " Jisung gave Felix a confused look, hearing the boy trail off as he grabbed a pair of chopsticks and grabbed his plate of jjajangmyeon. "Is there any advice you have for me, Jisung-ah? I have no idea how to confess and you and Minho hyung are together now; it worked fine in the end for you two, right?"

Jisung pursed his lips, his eyes narrowing as he let out a sigh. He furrowed his brows contemplatively despite coming up with the right words easily. "Don't rush yourself. Chan hyung gave you a deadline or whatever, but never forget that it's up to you. Do it your way too, it doesn't matter what anyone else says. It's between you and her, right? Not anyone else."

He suddenly backed away, letting out a dramatic gasp. "Unless you're into that stuff?"

Felix shook his head with a light laugh, drying off another dish before he grabbed his food, growing hungry. "Oh, and," Jisung said, already shoveling noodles into his mouth as his cheeks poked out like a squirrel. Felix held back the temptation to poke one of them, digging into his own serving.

"Stick to baking."
