"OKAY, YOU AND DREAM GIRL ARE BACK TOGETHER NOW," Seungmin shut his journal, casting an annoyed glance at the freaked out boy who sat across from him. "What's stopping you?" He felt like a therapist, brow perked as he stared at his friend who seemed nervous for little to no reason.

Felix chewed on his bottom lip, "What if she doesn't accept my confession?"

Seungmin looked at him like he was stupid, which he was. Even Seungmin, who commonly avoided insulting the scared male, would throttle him to the sun and back with a rocket-fueled by nothing but harsh criticism. However, he held back on it, pursing his lips as he saw Chan approach the two of them.

Chan seemed busy on his own though, pulling out his phone as he adjusted his headphones. He waved lightly at his friends before going back to his phone, clearly enraptured with something. Seungmin sighed bitterly, realizing he had to give advice this time. "Just go for it, Felix-ah. She already looks at you with all the love in the world and you look at her the same."

He pointed his finger at him stoically, "Don't be stupid. Someone else could snatch her up soon enough if you don't pick up the pace. Plus, you still have that promise with Chan hyung, right?" He inferred, raising a brow at him. His words were direct and harsh, having a far bigger threshold of intense words in comparison to Minho.

Seungmin didn't rely on threats, he relied on facts.

"What was it, two more days until he leaves? And we already know we're spending Saturday together and Chan hyung goes off to the airport on Sunday. Not to mention that you have a tutoring session with her today and she seems to be fairly flexible," He hummed under his breath suggestively, waiting for Felix to catch onto the hint.

However, the flustered boy didn't seem to understand whatever Seungmin was throwing at him. "I'm saying you can always just trick her into a date. Ask her to go somewhere else to study and confess there; make it a date if she accepts." He said simply, shrugging before swinging his legs away from the table, heading elsewhere as he swiftly exited the cafeteria.

"Seungmin-ah has a point," Chan spoke up, noticing how Felix sat there stiffly instead of getting a move on. "I've seen the way she looks at you, Lix. It's fine, you'll be okay." He smiled reassuringly. Being able to hear it from someone who made him promise in the first place brought him a feeling of comfort and he let out a breath he didn't know he was holding.

He brought out his phone, texting her. Is it okay if we meet up somewhere else for the tutoring thing? She replied surprisingly quickly, a cute little smiley face attached to her text. Yeah, sure! As long as you bring your cute cat cookies :) He smiled brightly, assuring her that he would before pocketing it.

"So, when are you going to?"

"After school," Felix smiled.

He was punctual, just like the second time they met up for tutoring. He stood there, the carton of cat cookies in his hand as he nervously shifted from foot to foot. Clad in a beige hoodie and white-washed denim jeans, Felix could feel his hands shaking as he waited for Y/n. He had invited her to one of his favorite places, an arcade.

He had noticed her in a heartbeat as he turned his head up, running his tongue over his lips. She held a small bag at her side (probably filled with her journals and notes), wearing a light pink button-up with a black ribbon tied under its collar, a black skirt completing the look. He flushed at the sight of her as she approached him, a shy smile on her face.

"Ah, you brought the cookies," She beamed, already making a grabby motion towards them as he laughed lowly and handed them to her. Y/n immediately popped it open, daintily taking one out like she had last time. "Yeah, of course. You liked them and I promised to pay with them, right?" He smiled lightly, tilting his head.

"Okay, then let's get to studying—" Y/n said, recollecting herself after finishing her cookie as she set her stuff down. He watched her move to sit down, about to reach his own fingers in to grab his textbook before he froze. "Actually, I need to tell you something," He swallowed harshly, watching as her brows furrowed at him.

"Yeah, what is it?"

He gestured for her to stand up, gently taking her hands in his, making her flush.

"Remember when I told you that I wouldn't stay for your. . . um. . . riches?" He whispered the last word, making sure that no one heard. She laughed slightly at his extreme generosity, nodding slowly with a confused glint in her eyes. "I was being honest, but I was lying." Felix said cheekily, tilting his head while trying to explain.

"I actually. . . " He took in a breath, getting lost in her eyes. "I really, really like you. I have for a while now and Chan hyung. . . he made me promise to confess before he left for the states which evidently is the push I needed." Felix let out a dry laugh, avoiding her eyes suddenly as he realized that he most definitely looked at her with all the love in the world.

"It's okay if you don't accept my confession, really. It's up to you and I'm fine with continuing to be friends," Felix reassured with a small smile, the same grin that he had always given to her on the days leading up to this. Taking one look at her, he finally understood what Seungmin was saying earlier.

She really did look at him with all the love in the world.

Y/n reached her hands up, cupping his cheeks with her hands gently. "I guess I don't deserve those cat cookies as payment then for this tutoring session," She smiled softly as the skin underneath her fingers warmed, his face slowly growing flushed as he looked down at her with a surprised glint in his eyes.

"Why?"

"Because I learned something instead."

With no hesitance, she brought his face close to hers, his arms instantly wrapping around her waist as he instinctively pulled her closer to him. Passerbys didn't seem to glance at them too much, not really caring as the two shared a sweet kiss. Y/n slowly pulled away, her cheeks rosy as she beamed up at him.

"Forget the tutoring session,"

"Arcade date?" Felix darted his eyes to the game machines near them.

She intertwined their fingers, giving his hand a light squeeze.

"Arcade date."
