Y/n walked along the streets of the market, holding a basket full of vegetables and fruits.

She turned to the path that'll lead her to where her house is only to collide with a body.

They both fell on the floor bringing the basket full of fruits and vegetables along with it causing it to roll over and some got squished.

Y/n groaned from the pain and turned to the body that painfully landed on top of her.

A gasp left her mouth seeing who was on top of her.

There, eyes piercing through hers, was the most handsome boy she's ever seen.

As if his thoughts went back, the boy stood up and brushed the dust from his clothes leaving the girl gaping at him, still on the floor.

He looked at her then scoffed rudely before walking away and stepping on some tomatoes.

Tsk, nice first impression.

"HEY! Excuji me! Watch where you're going next time, you bastard!", she picked herself up, gathered the still good fruits and vegetables into the basket before running behind the boy.

"It's Taehyung, not bastard.", he said after feeling her presence.

"What a nice name but such an ugly attitude."

Taehyung gave her a bored glance before looking back and walking a little faster.

Y/n huffed and grabbed his arm sleeve making him stop and look at her, annoyed.

"You bumped into me, stepped on my food, didn't bother apologize for everything and now you're acting rude.What else huh? You have to pay for those tomatoes you stepped on.", she crossed her arms and tilted her head as if she's stating facts.

The boy blinked twice and after a few seconds of silence, he finally spoke.

"That is not a nice way to speak to your prince. Don't waste my time again. Now move along servant."

Before he could walk away, y/n bursts out laughing.

"Haha p-prince? Pfft- who do you think you are?", she said in between her laughs.

The boy only gave her a serious stare.

"I am Prince Kim. Son of King Si-Hyuk and heir of the throne of Daegu.", he stated proudly but there was sadness in his eyes.

"W-Wait you're serious?", she stopped laughing and after he smirked, her mouth was agape and her eyes got wider.

Y/n's mind went back and she decided to give the prince a piece of her mind before going to the market and buying more food.

"Okayyy then....first of all, i am not a servant. I have a name, and that is y/n. Second, how dare you say that after you ran into me and lastly, what the hell is the famous prince doing here in a poor village then-", before she could finish, he saw one of his dad's guards appear from a corner and without thinking, Taehyung grabbed her hand and ran to a small alley on their left bringing the confused and terrified girl with him.
