Y/n and Lucifer were together since three years. First, they were there for each other as friends, then they let it go further, beyond the friendship line. Lucifer considered it the best that could happen to him. Nothing could compare to what he felt to Y/n, even the feelings he used to have for Chloe. Y/n understood him like no one else, he knew how to handle the king of hell.

-Hello my angel. - said Y/n as he came back from the shopping with Maze. Lucifer smiled seeing him. Y/n was the only who was allowed to call Lucifer his angel. - I have something for you.

-What would it be? - asked Lucifer opening a small blue box. He found a silver watch inside. - It's wonderful, thank you. - smiled Lucifer and kissed Y/n.

Y/n smiled as well, pleased with his reward. Then they started getting ready for the party in Lux. Lucifer wore a suit, while Y/n put black pants and f/c dress shirt on. He left two buttons of his shirt undone, making his pendant with a metal claw visible. Lucifer had to fight the urge to pull Y/n close and make him ravish him. But he had to be present at the party, at least for the beginning.

-Ready to go? - asked Y/n. Lucifer gave him a nod. Y/n took his hand in his and led Lucifer downstairs toLux.

As the party started Lucifer lost the sight of his lover. It was mostly because Amenadiel talked to him, while Linda and Chloe stole Y/n to dance. Lucifer got on the stairs to spot his man from above the dancing people. After few second of watching he noticed Y/n as he talked to Detective Douchebag. Lucifer rolled his eyes at first, but when Dan and Y/n started laughing about something, Lucifer felt the needles of jealousy hurting his heart. Lucifer got off of the stairs and made his way to the spot where Y/n was. When he saw that Dan put his arm around Y/n's shoulders, Lucifer saw red.

-There you are. - said Lucifer, he didn't want to sound too harsh to Y/n, but he couldn't control himself. Dan saw Lucifer's anger so he retracted his arm and took a step away from Y/n. - Good decision Detective Douchebag.

-Baby I asked you to stop caling him that. - whined Y/n.

-Why does it bother you so much? -asked Lucifer, letting his jealousy and anger out.

-Because he's my friend and you are my love. - said Y/n, calmly, looking into Lucifer's eyes. - I don't want to pick between the two of you. - Y/n stepped closer to Lucifer and kissed him before he could react.

He new that Lucifer will give in and kiss him back. He couldn't resist his mate for long. Lucifer wanted to push Y/n away, but his body acted on it's own. He wrapped his arm around Y/n's neck and kissed him back, showing everyone that Y/n belonged to him.

-Am I forgiven? - asked Y/n, with his lips still attached with Lucifer's.

-You will have to work for it some more. - smirked Lucifer.

Y/n responded with a smirk of his own before he spun Lucifer around and bend them down. Lucifer held onto Y/n tighter to keep himslef steady. It wasn't a problem for Y/n. He kissed Lucifer again, this time earning cheers and whistles from their friends. After some time Y/n pulled them back up, keeping his arm wrapped around Lucifer's waist.

-What a show. - teased Chloe.

-That was just a little piece that can be shown around. - smirked Y/n. - The rest is for me to see only.

-And only for Y/n and me to participate in. - added Lucifer. Y/n responded with laying a peck on Lucifer'slips.

-I'm yours and you're mine, remember about that. - Y/n whispered in Lucifer's ear.

-I know, I'm just scared to lose you. -answered Lucifer.

-You won't, you are my world. - smiled Y/n, squeezing his arm around Lucifer to reassure him. That was something Lucifer adored about Y/n – the fact that he could say what Lucifer desperately needed to hear and make his fears and nightmares go away so easily. And just like that, his anger and jealousy went away. He was close to his mate and that was all that mattered.
