Chapter 11

Nico

Nico really didn't want to wake up. He was far too comfortable in Percy's arms. yes he spent the night at the Jackson's place due to Ashley spending the night at Allison's. Not that the small boy complained. Percy opened his eyes, and squirmed when the light hit his eyes. "I don't wanna go to school." he yawned and pulled the smaller boy closer. "Please don't make me go." the dark boy muttered lazily trying to move. "I just want to spend my birthday being lazy and eating ice cream." with that Percy sat up fast almost hitting Nico in the face. "Holy Hera! Neeks it's your birthday!?" He yelled and the small boy grabbed the blanket and cuddled in the pillows. "Yeah... Here's a birthday wish. Let me sleep." with that he wrapped himself like a burrito. "Neeeeeeks!!!" Perseus said dragging the 'e'. "What" he groaned as Percy grab his blanket covered body and carried him downstairs. Nico felt Percy stop and a laugh. "Did you turn off my alarm clock?" He asked and thank the gods that the blanket covered Nico's face because the red blush said it all. "I don't know. Did I?" With that the taller boy snickered and dropped the burrito boy on the fluffy couch. "Well there's no way I'm going to school if it's already 1:36." Perseus said and Nico could hear him grab the remote and flip through channels. The small boy peeked out, after making sure he wasn't red in the face, and saw Percy clicking through Netflix. "Hey. hey Perce. Hey!" Nico whispered loudly as if trying to say a secret. "What Ghosty?" The sea prince asked and he turned to the burrito boy. "Can we watch Transformers?" He asked and gave his friend [Yeah right] the best puppy dogs he could manage. "Awh.. I wanted to watch Avengers." Percy said pointing to the screen. "Fuck that. Optimus Prime is beast!" Nico boasted and Perseus scowled. "Well excuse me! Did HE fight off his own brother! Is HE a Norse god!? Also a Prince of Asgard!? I think not!" Nico's borrows narrowed as his thoughts rang. 'oh no he didn't.' "Did you just sass me Jackson!?" He growled and the sea green eyed boy snickered. "Yes!" Nico snapped his fingers and scowled "Bitch please! Thor can not compare to my dear Prime and his best friend Bumble bee!" Percy gawked at the small boy and rolled his eyes. "Sass Queen? please! I wasn't talking about Thor. I was talking about Loki." with that Nico burst out laughing almost falling off the sofa. "L-Loki?! The villain?" Percy groaned and folded his arms. "Excuse me sir he's a prince." Nico only laughed even harder. "You did NOT just quote Anna from Frozen!" Seriously the poor boy had tears in his eyes. "I can't breath!" He laughed out. "are you done?" Percy groaned. "Hold on. hold on. awh... I can't even.. Loki?" He asked again and the tanned boy nodded. "Yeah." Nico wiped his eyes and nodded. "Fine fine. Let us watch your movie. I haven't laughed like that in forever." Percy smiled and wrapped himself in Nico's (technically his) blanket.

Half way through the movie Percy got up to got to kitchen. While Nico sat on edge watching the movie unfold. He didn't notice what in Poseidon's name he was doing. "Perce!!! Come back!!!" Nico said burying himself in the blanket for 'protection' as he called it.

[Jason: What part are they on? Me: holy shit! Jason shut up! Jason: never mind It's when Thor and Loki go one on one. Me: omg shut up!!!]

"Perce!!!" Nico yelled staring at the intense battle. "Your missing shit!" He yelled again and the movie paused with Thor about to slash at his 'brother'. "What the!? Perce!" Nico said standing. He turned about to grabbed the remote back but what blinding him was the blue birthday cake with flickering candles. "Perseus..." Nico breathed out staring at the cake and the flicking flames.

[Jason: OMG FEELZ!!! Me: Ok I need to duct tape you. You ruined the fucking moment!!!]

"You haven't gotten a cake yet, so... I made you one." The tanned boy smiled and the smaller boy smiled warmly and counted the candles. he laughed out a bit and Percy blushed sheepishly. "There's got to be about 91 of those candles." He stated and the green eyed boy laughed. "I uh... I didn't know how old you were exactly so I just put all of the ones that were black and some blue ones." Nico couldn't help it. He smiled and blew out the candles making a wish. "What'd you wish for?" Perseus asked and the smaller boy stuck his tongue out "I'm not telling you! Then it won't come true!" The frosting covered boy laughed and set the cake on the table. "Okay okay okay." he said raising his hands. "Come on birthday boy lets us have some blue cake."
