The SCP Foundation is to fabricate a company called "Gift", which develops fumos similar to SCP-6346. This is to establish the created fumos as the "original", and to establish SCP-6346 as "contrabands" of the fumos created by the SCP Foundation.

Field Agents disguised as tourists and guards are dispatched to check every mall and shops in Japan for signs of SCP-6346. When an SCP-6346 is detected, the Field Agents are to signal the SCP Foundation, which will dispatch a team of Haz Matters disguised as tourists. The Haz Matters are to secure all found instances of SCP-6346, which will then be locked in Site ██.

Web analysis bot Omega-34 is to be active and checked every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for defects and possible improvements by a Level 3 Staff Member. When activated, the bot will search all possible online shops for fumos sold by the Users named ██████, ██ ████, and ██████ ████████. When this is found, the bot will order the fumo, to be delivered and locked in Site ██.

Description: SCP-6346 is an anomalous plush doll, also known as a fumo, depicting a character from the franchise known as "Touhou Project", a series of bullet hell shooter games. SCP-6346 is seen being sold in malls, online shops, and markets. Even when a mall is guarded or checked for shipments, somehow, an SCP-6346 will slip in once in a while. Research into this behavior is still ongoing, as all efforts to discover the source of the SCP have failed. Online, the SCP is actively being sold by users ██████, ██ ████, and ██████ ████████. However, the trackings of identity and location of the users have been met with failure.

SCP-6346's appearance may vary from instance to instance. For example, one instance wore shrine maiden clothes, with black hair and a red ribbon. This instance is known to be "Hakurei Reimu". Currently, there are ██ different known appearances from SCP-6346, but this may grow due to the size of the cast. SCP-6346 is indestructible, reforming 3-10 minutes after the destruction of SCP-6346, fully healing from all deformities.

SCP-6346's anomalous effects come to play when staying in contact with a single human for more than 8 hours. The human, now referred to as SCP-6346-1, will show signs of stress and discomfort when SCP-6346 is out of sight for more than 30 minutes. During and after this stage, any attempt of destroying the fumo will cause the same pain to SCP-6346-1. For example, impalation of the fumo will cause a hole to appear in SCP-6346-1, extreme heat causes burns to SCP-6346-1, etc.

After 3 days - 1 week, SCP-6346 will start displaying signs of personality change, more specifically towards the attitude of the character SCP-6346 is representing. For example, if SCP-6346 is a fumo doll of "Parsee Mizuhashi", a youkai of Jealousy, SCP-6346-A will start displaying personality changes inline with the character, such as being more jealous of other people. The closer SCP-6346 and SCP-6346-A is, the stronger the personality change will be. SCP-6346-A will also start having weird dreams. The experience varies from case to case, but every SCP-6346-A has described the world to be known as "G███████", and that "Yu████ Y█████" brought them to this world. Research on the significance of the two names is ongoing.

Approximately 1 month after the second stage, SCP-6346-A will suddenly cease all life activities. 98% (49/50) of the time, SCP-6346-A will die. About 3 minutes later, SCP-6346 disappears along with SCP-6346-A. However, in 2% of all cases, SCP-6346 miraculously recovers and claims to be the character represented by the fumo. When asked about basic information about themselves, they instead describe the character of whom they claim to be. All of the cases, however, showed one relation. It appears that all the stage 2 SCP-6346-A came from the same "G███████" mentioned earlier, and that "Yu████ Y█████" was to blame. More budget and research on this topic was requested by Dr. H████, which was denied by O5-██.
