"How did you ever get past your physical hill?" The reporter said curiously.

"More like mountain," The girl stated, "But yes. My mindset has grown ever so greatly since I was a child."

"How?"

"Uhm well, I suppose you could say I decided that my mental pain would always be more excruciatingly painful than my physical pain would ever be."

"How did you grow into that mindset?"

"Someone close to me once said, 'Your parents literally disowned you, you were bullied, and you have serious physical problems. Come on you can receive this ball, I know you can. You're so much stronger than you give yourself credit for. If you can face all of those problems and somehow come out the other side alive, you can put your damn hands together and make this ball I throw at you go up into the air.'" The girl claimed with bright eyes.

"W-Was that was a compliment or an insult?" The interviewer asked, confused.

"Neither, it was an encouragement."

"B-But it was so blunt."

"That's why it meant a lot to me. Because instead of beating around the bush they fought the problem head on."

"A-Alright, next question. How do you deal with loss?"

"Loss?" The girl asked.

"Like a game or a loved one."

The girl tilted her head and squinted her eyes, "I don't." She said putting her hand on her hip.

"You don't?"

"If I lose a game, oh well. If I lose a loved one at least they're in a better place. Stuff hurts like hell, but I'll get over it eventually so why take the time whining about it when you can push past that and look ahead. You'll never reach tomorrow if you're stuck in yesterday, y'know?"

"Very true."

Bam!

The nurse slammed the papers on the desk, "Two weeks! It took only two weeks for you to recover from that incident! I'm so proud of you." The nurse said hugging Y/N.

"Am I supposed to be happy about that?" Y/N asked, getting out of the nurse's embrace.

"Well of course-" The nurse was interrupted.

"Well I'm not. Getting better means I have to leave sooner." Y/N said getting up from the desk chair and laying down in her bed. "I'm not ready to leave yet..."

"Aw, you try to be all teenager-like but you're a sad little child, aren't you?"

"Well of course I am." Y/N said facing the nurse, biting her lip. The nurse saw this and hugged Y/N. "I just want to stay here with you!" She said sobbing in the nurse's arms.

The nurse grimaced and hugged her tighter, "I know..."

----------------------------

"Come on! You're almost at 1 mile." The nurse said cheering Y/N on.

Y/N managed to form a sentence, "I'm- *pant* literally... dying."

"No your not come on! You haven't fallen once, yay!"

Y/N sent the nurse a glare, "Yet."

"You can do it." The nurse said with no exaggeration in her voice.
