"Hey! Relax! I know I look so handsome and that makes you insecure, but you got to chill."
Taehyung rolled his eyes for the hundredth time. "Okay." Was all he could reply. He really wasn't in the mood to argue.
"Why're you so bummed? No snappy comments or rude looks. Something is bugging you. Who do I need to kill?"
Taehyung nearly choked on the water he was drinking. "Jesus—!"
"Who's that? Give me an address and I'll be on my way."
"No! It was an expression only. You can't—you can't kill no one. Okay?"
Jungkook wrinkled his nose, "Mmm...actually I can. I can do whatever I please."
"If you want to be my friend you're going to have to do better. I can't be associated with a killer."
"We're friends now? Yes! Progress." He grinned stuffing his face with the remainder of the pasta.
"Maybe I used the wrong word. We're acquaintances."
"Do acquaintances come to your house and have dinner with you?"
"Well—"
"You know what you're actually right. We're not friends."
Taehyung raised his eyebrows slightly offended. "Oh! So now you don't want to be my friend huh?" He huffed with a red face.
"No I don't. Do you want to fuck your friends? I think not."
Taehyung gasped his face getting redder. The words had made his stomach flip flop and his heart race. He didn't want to feel this, but it was impossible not to.
Although he hated to admit it Jungkook was so handsome and very sexy. Arrogant and mean as hell, but very fucking sexy.
"What? Did my comment make you all nervous?" He teased leaning over closer to him.
Taehyung took a note of how good he smelled. He smelled rich and heavenly. Good thing he was sitting down or his knees would've started to shake.
"No."
"You're lying. You liar. Do you know what I do to liars?" He asked raising an eyebrow.
By now Taehyung's underarms were a puddle of sweat. The blood was rushing to all of the wrong places. It's not that he didn't love Jin. Of course he did, but Jin had someone else now. It was difficult to resist such beauty.
"I'm not playing your game." He mumbled quickly getting up. He needed some space or he'd push everything off the table and do it right then and there.
He was by the sink about to wash off his plate when a wind behind him made him jump. "Running away doesn't stop the fact that I make you feel things." Jungkook whispered in his ear.
Taehyung held his breath closing his eyes. Jungkook grabbed his hand while wrapping his arm around his waist.
"Let's dance." He quietly said fighting the urge to plant kisses all over his face.
"There's no music." Taehyung whispered back.
"We don't need any." He replied turning him around.
Taehyung kept very still trying to process everything he was feeling. Jungkook held his hand and placed his other around his waist.
"Back in my day I use to go to a lot of balls," he begun. His moves were sweet and gentle. It made Taehyung melt. Who knew he could be so lovely?
"I liked it back then. The clothes, the manners and the simplicity of it all. Times are different now. I've seem to adapt to it more. There's more freedom of speech although people are still very judgmental. I guess one day I'll get to see everyone being treated equally as they should."
