"Where are you going? I thought we were going to study." Taehyung asked.
"Umm...I have to go to somewhere. It will be quick. I'll be back."
"What? Where?"
"I can't say."
"What do you mean?"
"I just need to do something really quick." He replied a bit confused. He scratched the back of his head. All he knew was that he had to be at the park at five.
"I'll text you later." He said putting on his coat and walking out the door.
Taehyung being the paranoid freak he was he quickly put on his shoes and followed behind. What if Jungkook had gotten in his head and told him to meet up?
If something were to happen to him he wouldn't forgive himself for it. He waited for Jin's car to pull out of the parking lot before following behind.
Five minutes later he saw Jin arrive to the park downtown. What the hell was he doing there? He parked a few blocks away then got out of the car. Of course he maintained his distance by hiding behind a tree.
"You're here." Namjoon said coming up behind him.
Jin gasped and turned around. When he saw him he remembered they were to meet here. "What's up with my mind?" He questioned.
"I came here to explain to you why I drifted away from you. Come with me." He said walking to the nearest bench.
Taehyung was perplexed. He had never seen the tall dude before and Jin hadn't really mentioned him. Although he couldn't hear their conversation he kept his eye close in case Jin needed his help.
"The reason I spoke to you that day outside the cafe was because you seemed nervous. You know I don't really talk to people. However, I saw myself in you. You're self conscious about yourself and you shouldn't be. You needed that advice."
"Right. Then why did you keep talking to me then? Why—why did I forget all of that? I forgot months of our friendship without warning. I use to remember it all and now I—I don't—"
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean for you to forget. It's just so...complicated."
"What's so complicated about it? Why are you taking decisions for me without my consent? Shouldn't I have a say in it?"
"My family...my family wouldn't approve." He mumbled. Technically Jungkook and Yoongi where his only family.
He knew Yoongi wouldn't mind, but Jungkook was a different story. Once he got an idea in his head he couldn't let it go.
Jin scoffed, "Family? Alright. I'm done with your lies." He said getting up.
Namjoon took his hand holding him back. "My actual family is dead. I live with some friends who I've been with for a long time. I consider them my family."
Jin suddenly felt bad for mocking him. He sat back down and bit the inside of his lip. "What do you expect me to believe? You keep so much from me. I don't even know what's real anymore."
"I know. I—"
"Why don't they approve? Are they homophobic? Are you in the closet? I mean we're just friend and—and I don't—"
"They're far from homophobic. We just have a lot going on right now. We're trying to make it in this world and we're just having a hard time. Adjusting to our live style is complicated. They will think I'm getting distracted."
"Oh," He whispered confused.
"I have something for you." Namjoon said digging into his pocket.
