Niki stood on your doorstep, with a hefty suitcase in her hand, and a frown in place of her usual pretty smile. You'd just spent roughly a month with her, staying in your home, as the two of you were eager to meet up soon after you started dating. And as such, the month had come to an end sooner than you'd like, and now, she had to leave the sanctity of your arms, and return home.

It wasn't ideal for either of you, but life went on, and soon enough you'd see each other again. She dropped her suitcase, and intertwined her fingers with yours, before she said, ever so romantically. "Can I get a kiss," You smiled, and watched as a smile crept onto her lips, waiting for her to finish talking so you could do so. "And can you make it last forever?" You giggled at her silly monologue, and leaned in to kiss the dopey words off her lips.

You kissed for a brief moment, before you pulled away and put your forehead against hers, as you admired the twinkle of her eyes. "I don't know when I'll see you again, but I promise you, no one will ever be as cheesy as you are!" She laughed, and stepped back a bit. "Shut up! You love how cheesy I am!" You agreed with her, and allowed her to step away, as you knew she had a flight to catch.
