A\N: Btw the boy you're talking to, his name is Nick. (basic ik) And also, you're supposed to be 8th grade, but you're rlly good at science so you get bumped up a grade. Science only tho :) Nick is a year older. (14) and he's in high school just like wildcard is.
As we walked to Mrs. Rodriguez's class, we got to know each other a little bit. What our favorite color was, how old we were, etc. "So you really are smart." He says to me. "Not really." I say. "Science was my favorite subject when I was little." He laughs. "I hate science. Science is for nerds." He teased. But my smile faded. He soon realized what he said and apologized.
"So...have you been to Middle Brooke before?" He asks. "Yea! From Pre-school til 3rd grade!" I laughed. "Oh! That's probably why I didn't know you until now." He says back. "I started here at 4th grade." We started talking and talking that I forgot we were going to class.
"Well, we're here!" He exclaims. "Oh right." He opens the door and at first the teacher only sees him. "Mr. Fox, why are you so late?" She says. We weren't really that late. "9:12" the clock read. Suddenly I enter the classroom to see everyone staring at me. The teacher gasps. "Is that who I think it is?" She blurted. I shrug. "Come come!" She tells me. I go to the front of the classroom.
"Nick, you're ok from going to detention." Mrs. Rodriguez says. Nick smiled. "I didn't know you were helping one of our superheroes!" She cheered. "Wait what?" He asked, but the teacher didn't hear.
I gave my introduction and sat in the front of the classroom. "Ok class, welcome back. Since we have a guest here today, we won't be learning today!" She yells. Many people were cheering, but I just sat down in disappointment. "Today, we're gonna be watching a movie!" My frown turned into a smile. I love movies. :)
We watched a movie for the whole class. Mrs. Rodriguez whispers to me that I should go outside of the classroom with her. "So, y/n. How long are you gonna be here again?" She asked me. "A week." I said. She gasped. She entered the classroom and paused the movie.
The students groaned. "Great news everyone. We're gonna watch movies for the whole week since our guest is gonna be here." She says happily. "YESSSS!" I heard all of the students say. They turned to me and cheered my name.
"Y/n! Y/n! Y/n!" They cheered. It was like I was a celebrity. Well, I kinda am.
