The journey begins

William sat there, trying to process everything narti had just told him. They were both sitting in the lounge area, narti sat face William as he faced her. She told him everything, how she was a specially trained galra soldier under the command of prince lotor, when they were evacuating she was attacked by a galra spy in the ship. She didn't tell him that it was lotor who attacked her though. "So let me get this straight, you were attacked and left for dead because lotor couldn't save you. You managed to survive and use the last escape pod, and got to safety before the ship blew up. And now you need me to help you get to lotor since the whole galra empire is after you." He said as he stared at narti, waiting for an answer. *yes, that's all correct.* she communicated telepathically. William let out a sigh as he rested his head in his hands. He was stressed, not only was she a galra fugitive but she was one of lotor's personal general. "Narti, look I want to help you but where would we start. I'm just a scrapper with an old ship, and your a wanted traitor." He said as narti moved up to comfort him and calm him down. *you don't have to worry William, I already know where lotor is going. All we have to do is get there and then everything will work out.* she said in a soft voice. William looked at her, letting out a sigh of defeat he made his decision. "Alright fine, I'll help you but if things get too dangerous I'm out." He said in a stern tone. Narti smiled and nodded her head in agreement.

William got up and began walking over to the cockpit taking control of the ship, with narti behind him. "Do you know how long he'll be there?" He asked as he checked the coordinates. *from where our ship was it would take him at least 15 days to get there* she said as William flipped a few switches. "Alright then that gives us 12 days to catch up, but first we need to stop at the trade port to get some supplies. Not to mention we need to get you some new gear." William said as he activated the warp drive, since they were closer than before the fuel would be fine. Not to mention he wanted this over with before anything crazy happens.

2 hours later...

After about 2 hours the ship existed the warp, and was now near the traders post. William turn on the ships landing gear as he piloted the ship to a landing spot. Once landed, he got up to get ready, heading to narti first to tell her that they had arrived. "Hey narti, we're here so get ready." He said as he continued to his room. Once in he opened up his storage bin and pulled out all his armor, after putting it all on he put on his dark blue trench coat and grabbed a cloak for narti. The traders post didn't have many galra but he didn't want to take any chances of someone spotting narti. As he left his room, he saw that narti was standing outside his door waiting for him. *nice helmet, why are you being so secretive?* she communicated, William just chuckled at her statement. "Says the person with the hood up."
He said as he approached her. *I have my reasons.* "And I have mine, here you'll need this." He said as he presented her with the cloak. She took it and put it on understanding why she needed it. *so where to first?* she asked as they began to walk down the hall. "First things first, I need to trade in the stuff from the escape pod and get some money. Then we get you new gear and maybe some intel on what the galra is up to." He said as he collected all the valuable parts from the pod, it wasn't much though so he hoped Glarnic was feeling generous today. He opened the cargo bay doors, revealing the bright lights of the station. As he walked forward narti followed close behind with kova on her shoulder.

As the walked narti was amazing by how many different species were here, she had never seen anything like it. After a bit of silence though, narti thought of asking William something. *hey William I was-* "just call me will." He said before she could finish her question. *ok, then will, if you don't mind me asking how did you get out here. From my understanding your planet is light years way and your people haven't made technology advanced enough yet, so how did you get out here?* when she was done will stopped in his tracks. She wondered why, until she realized she must have hit a ruff topic. He just turned his head to her, helmet hiding his face, but said nothing. He just turned back around and continued forward. "Come on we don't have much time to waste." He said in a cold tone that made narti worry a bit. She continued to follow him, until the reached and odd store with a large light up sign. 'Welcome to Glarnic's' it was odd but narti saw will walk in so she followed. Once in the store, narti saw a vast collection of different parts, weapons, and armors form all over the universe. While narti looked around, will walked over to the counter and rang the bell.
