One of a kind find

Well hello again

Will was sitting in his chair piloting the ship towards the traders post. As he was steering though he felt his mind wander a bit to early. When he was giving narti fresh clothes, he felt narti's hand over his. Her smooth scales over his hand, he also noticed her tail swaying a bit as she touched his hand. He shook his head as we focus on landing the ship. Once he landed he turned in his chair just in time to see narti walking in, with her hood up with kova on her shoulder. That's when he realized that he's never seen her without something covering her head. As she walked in though she saw Will looking at her with a curious look, she could feel her heart racing again but she tried her best to calm down. *is there something wrong will.* she said, still a little nervous about Will but she wasn't sure why. "Oh it's just, I realized that I've never seen you without a hood over your head." He said while scratching the back of his neck. Narti felt her face go red a bit as she felt her heart start racing faster, why was this happening to her. *i-its just that I don't like showing people my face.* narti said in a nervous voice. Will just smiled as he just up and walked to her, as he placed his hand on her shoulder she could feel her heart beat faster as her tail began swaying. "It's ok I understand, everyone has something to hide, nothing wrong with that." He said as he smiled at her. She felt a little bit of guilt wash over her, as she remembered how she saw the scars on his body. She was snapped out of her thoughts as Will tapped her shoulder, "I will say though, I am going to see what's hiding under that hood." Will said with a joking smile, as narti could feel herself melt and smile back. *ya good luck, last time someone tried they were stuck in the infirmary for 2 weeks.* she said in a witty tone as she walked over and down the ladder. Will followed as he grabbed the small hard drive that had the codes. He opened the cargo doors, as he started walking he felt narti walk close by him.

After a bit of walking they had finally reached verno's bar. The guards opened the doors, Will walked in but narti stood there for a minute as she felt something was off. She brushed it off as she entered the building, but as the doors closed a few figures emerged slightly from the alley way. Will and narti walked in to see that it looked the same as last time they were here, a few different faces but same party. As Will and narti walked through the crowd, one of verno's repurposed galra sentries approached them. "Have you brought what was requested by verno." The sentry asked in a monotone voice. "Yes I have, is he ready to see me?" Will asked, as the sentry simply nodded. As Will began to walk off narti grabbed his arm stopping him, she wasn't sure why but she felt scared that he was leaving. *wait, please don't go.* she said in a shaky tone. "Hey it's ok, I'll be in and out and then we'll be on our way ok." He said as he rested his hand on her shoulder. She was silent for a bit, until she nodded and let go of his arm. He continued forward following the sentry, as narti walked over to the bar with her tail drooping. She felt so alone and scared with out Will, she didn't understand these feelings. As she sat there though, she was to busy to notice the strange figure stalking her from behind.

Meanwhile...

Will had walked into verno's room, this time he was sitting at a large desk working on something. He was smoking a sigar, as he was typing something on a computer. As he looked up and saw Will he smiled, as he got up tuning off his computer and walking towards him. "Will good to see you my friend, I hope you brought the codes." He said as he placed a hand on wills shoulder. "Yes I did verno, now I only hope you keep your end of the deal." Will said as he handed verno the drive. He took it and rushed to his computer, as Will followed him narti sent a message through the mental link. *Will are you almost done yet?* She said in a nervous tone. 'Don't worry narti I'm almost done just a little while longer.' Will responded as he watched verno open the drive files on his computer. He grew a big smile as he scrolled through the files. "Well done will, with this I can now give you the info you need." Verno said as he closed the files. "You're welcome, now if I could get those schedules I'll be on my-"

Crash

Will stopped as he heard the sound of glass breaking and people panicking. Verno also looked worried as bothe he and Will rushed out the door. Will looked over the railing, he saw narti surrounded by three galrans. He rushed down the stairs as verno looked down at the situation. As narti continued dodging punches, Will rushed in as he punched on of the galra in the face. He then rushed over to narti taking a fighting stance along side her. 'I thought I said to not bring any attention to yourself, not to start a fight.' Will thought as he punched and kicked the same galra before they could attack. *to be fair, they were the ones who attacked me.* narti said as she tripped another one of the galras and used her foot to slam him into the ground. As Will delivered the final blow to the galra he was facing, he turned to see the third one pulled out a laser pistol and aim it at narti. She was to busy fighting that she didn't notice. Will began to run over, but as he was running he was shot in the back by another galra. He felt the burning heat as he fell to the ground. Narti froze as she turned to see Will on the ground with smoke coming from his back. She panicked, as she rushed over to try and help him though she was electrocuted. She stood there, feeling the pain of electricity throughout her body. After a bit it stopped, as she collapsed to the floor her body smoking slightly. As the galras approached her, Will looked up still in pain to see them carrying her away. Will tried to get up but was in to much pain, as he collapsed again and began to black out. "N-nar-ti..." he said as he final blacked out, laying their on the floor.

Like 10 minutes earlier...

Narti was sitting at the bar, feeling nervous and anxious. She wonder why Will was talking so long, as kova tried to comfort her she started to talk to Will through the mental link. *Will are you almost done yet?* she said nervously as she could feel something wrong. 'Don't worry narti I'm almost done just a little while longer.' Will said in a calm tone. She wasn't sure why, but hearing his voice calmed her down a bit. She sat there still silent as she pet kova, until she noticed three figures walking towards her from behind. "Well well well, look who it is." A galra said as he had a sly smile on his face. Narti recognized him, he was the galra who tried to hit on her. Next to him were two more galras, both looked a lot stronger than the one in the middle. "Look, I think we got off on the wrong foot last we met. My name is cranuv, Why don't you let me and my friends make it up to you." He said, his grin showing a he had some kind of plan. Narti then heard the sound of a gun clicking, though she wasn't sure who it came from. As cranuv placed a hand on her shoulder, narti smacked it away as kova hissed at him. His grin soon turned into a scowl, he snapped his fingers causing the other two galras to approach her. She let kova down as he sat to give narti a good view of them. She stood up and turned around quickly as she kicked both galras in the face. They quickly recovered as one swung his fist at her, but narti dodged as he used his momentum sending him over the table crashing into some of the glass bottles. The loud sound of glass breaking caught the attention of the people, as narti knock back the other galra they began to panic and back away. As the two galras got up they and cranuv began to surround her. As one was about to charge at her, Will ran up punching him in his face knocking him back as he ran up to narti. She felt comfort as she was now with will. 'I though I said to not bring any attention to yourself, not to star a bar fight' Will said as he turned to face the galra he punched, narti smirked as she turned to face the other one. *to be fair, they were the ones who attacked me* she said as she then rushed over the the galra in front of her. Using her foot to kick him off balance, she then slammed him to the ground by drop kicking him. As she stood there though, she heard the fire of a pistol as she could feel her blood run cold. She  could see through kova, as Will collapsed to the ground with smoke emerging from his back. She quickly turn around and began to rush towards Will, but was stopped when she was shot by cranuv by a high powered taser gun. As screamed silently as her body was electrocuted, with an enormous wave of pain going through her body she just stood there. After a bit the pain stopped as narti just collapsed to the floor, passed out from the pain. As she was then carried off by the three galras leaving the building.
