Larry stormed into their apartment, obviously upset about something.  He threw his keys and the one bag he had on the sofa, and marched off to his room without saying a word, slamming his bedroom door behind him.  His behaviour today was not the effect of one of his personality traits, it was the effect of Marcus.  He was pissed off, and he'd had enough.

Marcus put his many bags down on the floor just inside the living room, and sauntered over to Laurent who, as usual, enveloped him in a hug, burying his face in Marcus' neck, kissing the soft skin there.  Marcus pressed his body further into Laurent's, earning himself a frustrated groan form the man in his embrace.

"Marcus, we ..... we can't ..... Larry."  This man was stealing his wits together with his sanity lately, and while he enjoyed a good fuck as much as the next man, this .... whatever it was, was bordering on the ridiculous now.  Laurent wanted Marcus all the damn time, and he found himself stealing long enough moments with him, even when Larry was around.  He knew he was playing with fire, and he knew it wasn't right, but this man just came and fucked any good sense he might have had right out of his head.

They'd found moments to be together when Larry had gone to bed early with a headache, when Laurent absolutely knew he should have been more attentive to Larry in those moments, but instead he allowed his ass to be smashed sideways into next week in the bathroom instead.  In the fitting rooms of a department store, on one of their now regular shopping expeditions, leaving Larry in the T.V. department playing a game, knowing they'd have at least half an hour before Larry noticed his brother was missing and went looking for him.  When Larry had wanted to go back to New Horizons to visit Maddie and the friends he'd made there, Laurent would disappear for more than a few minutes, reappearing hot and more than a little bothered, Marcus somehow having made an appearance right alongside him.  Their behaviour didn't escape Maddie's attention either, and something crossed her mind fleetingly, something familiar, something she just pushed to the back of her mind for now.  Something she would be addressing at some point, there would be no doubt.

As Marcus lazily palmed Laurent through the thick denim of his jeans, Laurent's knee jerk response was to growl and bite down on his shoulder.  Marcus' hands rounded on Laurent's ass, kissing him deeply as they lost any good sense and ground into one another against the kitchen counter top.

"God, you make this so hard"  Laurent groaned into Marcus' hair.

"I hope so, otherwise I'm not doing it right."  Laurent pulled him closer, hands in his hair, guiding his head to an angle where he could deepen their kiss even more.  Just then, Larry's door flew open, smashing into the wall behind it, his anger and frustration still so obvious.  Laurent and Marcus automatically jumped back from one another in perceived guilt.  Laurent wiped his mouth with the back of his hand, the gesture almost an admission of that guilt, as Larry just glared at him.

"What ?" Larry had stopped in the middle of the living room, staring at them both, disgust written all over his face.

"Marcus, I need to talk to my brother, please."

"Sure, I'll just ...."  he made his way over to the sofa to watch some T.V., grabbing the remote.

"No.  Alone.  You need to leave."

"Larry, stop.  We can go to your room .... "

"No, Lau.  Alone.  Now."  He clenched his hands into fists at his side, and Laurent noticed the accompanying clench of his jaw too.  This was the Larry you didn't truck with, the one you didn't want to piss off.  Marcus slowly rose from the sofa, having the somewhat good sense to recognise the signs.

"Yeah, well, I'd better get going, then.  I had a good day with you guys."  Larry squinted at him as he pecked Lau's cheek, gathering his jacket and his bags, closing the door quietly behind him.
