History can be unexciting, for a month it was like for her. But the day that she was freed came, her fathers dropped of clothes and they waited for her outside the building. As Canada entered the bathroom with the clothes in one hand and the air tank in the other, she saw her reflection.

And hated it.

Her smooth skin was gone, it was chipped and cracked.

Her once shining amber eyes where now looking like pools of honey in the golden hour sun.

Her hair was messy and greasy, luckily there was a shower.

Her proudly shining flag was now worn out and sad.

She had a bandage on her left eye that was slightly stained with red.

Her mouth was red from the clear mask.

She seemed so lifeless.

She removed the mask and put on the new one, she ended up coughing for a few seconds. She then showered and changed into what her father had for her. It was a black sleeveless shirt with a crossed neck, a green coat with fur on the hood, a black knee high skirt, and brown high heels.

She sighed at the skirt but she had no choice but to wear it, as she put everything on she was fine with the outfit. It wasn't a favorite but it was nice, she stepped out of the bathroom then out of the hospital room. It was weird walking for her, she hasn't walked in a while and since there was an unbalanced in her back, it was just odd.

She was experiencing the phantom affect, it is when someone's limp or a part of there body, is removed from there body but they still feel it. She didn't feel like her back was bare, she could still feel her wing, though it wasn't there.

As she made it to the lobby, she saw her two fathers holding the youngest child in there arms. His hands reached for France's face and tried to grab his faint stubble, he was wrapped in a blanket and was about to fall asleep.

She walked over to them and Australia them immediately hugged her and she hugged him back. "C-CanCan.." He stuttered. "Aussie." She muttered. "I missed you CanCan." "I missed you too Aussie."  They hugged for a little bit before he finally pulled away.

"We have a surprise at home!" He said excitedly. "And we cleaned the place just for you!" He smiled brightly.  "Aww that's so sweet of you." She said with enthusiasm.

They left the building and as they where heading to the car, UK said this to her. "I think someone missed you." He gestured to the baby New Zealand who was reaching for Canada with his chubby hands. UK transferred New Zealand from his arms to hers and watched him reach out for Canadas face, so she moved her finger for him to hold onto.

They entered the car and kept quiet since New Zea fell asleep. They soon arrived at a Victorian styled, two story house. They got out of the spacy car and was greeted with a table outside a window with pillows on the inside, and a two chairs across from the table and a candle in the middle. It was new and made of stained iron.

France took Zea from her arms and went inside to put him in his crib. "Its amazing. How did you guys do this?" She asked the three of them.

"Well we had free time and Uncle Ireland was bored." America chuckled. "And that's not all!" Australia said happily, wagging his tail. "What did you guys do?" She chuckled as Australia grabbed her wrist and pulled her inside.

The house was clean, still has its anime aesthetic. A page and clean, plant filled home from the Victorian era still kept its charm. In the back of the living room was a cat bed, it was tall and also used as a scratching post. "We also got a cat!" Australia said as he ran to pick up a Carmel coloured cat. "Her name is Toby!" She let Toby sniff her finger, Toby just used that finger to scratch her cheek.
