As you guys may or may not know, me and my caregiver were very long distance, this has sense become not that bad of an issue because they're generally pretty close now BUT, we still can't see each other everyday, or even every week. Because of this, we do long distance activities! Here is a list of things we do!
1. Teleparty: This google extension is AMAZING! This extension enables you to watch movies with your long distant partner, and it usually lines up perfectly! This works with Netflix (works really well), Disney+ (doesn't work that well in my opinion), Hulu (haven't tried), and HBO (haven't tried).
2. Disney+ Group Watch: This is a service provided in the Disney app and website. It's basically just like Teleparty but it works way better for Disney.
3. Video games with online multiplayer: We used games like Fortnite, Minecraft, Among Us, etc... to play together. It's the best since most gaming consoles use cross platform now.
4. Become pen pals: Personally, I didn't do this, but I think it would be such a cute idea to mail each other cute little letters here and there.
5. Let them pick your outfit: This one was a big one for me. I loved having my caregiver picking out my outfit for the day, that way, when I'm sad, I look at the outfit and I feel a little better knowing they picked this out especially for me.
