"What?" He responded staring at me like I had just said the impossible. It seems I had managed to catch him off guard. Now I just need to be able to take advantage of that which honestly shouldn't be that hard.

"Well, it's simple really. What does joining the hero course get me? The curriculum is the same, the only difference is that instead of self study/quirk training time they have specialized hero training classes. And, well I don't want to be a hero so what good do those classes do for me?" I sat back with a small smug smile tugging at my lips, I had won, he couldn't get me where he wanted me. This was check.

We sat in silence for a few moments, I almost feared that I had broken the poor rat. Although I'm not entirely sure if that is possible, his quirk is probably just working over time because previously he was working under the assumption that all humans wanted to be hero's. Or at least those of us that came to UA.

"I see.." Nezu responded, he sounded slightly distracted but I let it go, it probably wasn't that important. "Well then, I'll go to plan 2."

Oh sh*t I hadn't planned for a plan 2 (which was kinda dumb of me). "Plan 2?" I asked, my voice tinted with confusion. Gods I hoped this wasn't bad.

"Why yes, plan 2. My offer to you to be a teacher, well a teacher's assistant since I can't legally employ as a teacher at your age." He leaned back in his chair, well sorta he barely reaches halfway up the back. "This of course would require you take to provisional license test before because you can't be a teacher at a hero school without one, or a full license." Now this was interesting, this could actually put me in a position of power and that could move some of my plans along.

"What would becoming a teacher's assistant entail, what perks would I get? Would I still be counted as a student in the system? Who would I be working with? Do I still go to classes? And probably the most important question, at least to me, can I expel people?" I asked that last one with a bit of a sadistic smirk on my face. If I was gonna do it I have to at least be able to get rid of some problems...

Nezu was quick to respond. "Becoming a teacher's assistant would mean that you would help the students while the teacher is teaching and sometimes do it with them if needed, you will also sometimes be in charge of the class if the teacher asks or you request it. In terms of perks, well you would get access to all parts of the school that the teacher's do and any events that they go to, as well as get a small salary because I can't make you work, even if you aren't technically an actual part of the staff, without paying you. At least according to my morals." He paused to think for a minute.

"Your question about still being counted as a student is kinda tricky, since I can't officially hire you but you won't technically be apart of the class...I would like to take you as my student. For the classes where you have no more to learn at their level, or you are not needed. I would like you to come to my office and I would personally teach you more important stuff, which I can elaborate on later. I suppose that also answers your question about still attending classes. Now, as for that last question, while you are not technically a part of the staff you wouldn't have as much power as them and are not technically in charge of that. However, since I would be personally looking after you sometimes. I would be able to grant you special abilities, depending on the situation. And expelling a student is one of them, you could also threaten expulsion and I will make sure that the teacher's know you can back that threat up with full support from me." He smiled sadistically this time. (probably thinking of how much that would terrify the teacher's, for being Pro Heroes they get scared very easily...)

That was a pretty satisfying answer, and honestly I was pretty happy with it. So, you can probably guess what I did next. "Well, in that case I accept your offer. Although I'm not really happy about the provisional license part..." However, I gave him a real smile this time, it wasn't very big but he looked happy to see some emotion from me.

"That's great! In that case I have some things to discuss with you, and a possible thing I need you to do for me that the staff doesn't know about...

I exited the the principal's office with a mischievous glint in my eye and a new plan already forming. This year is gonna be fun! Hopefully nobody dies along the way but if they do, well it's not my fault.

In the teacher's lounge ————
Class was gonna start in a few minutes so everybody was rushing around, well most of them, there was still a caterpillar in the corner but that's not important.

The day had so long been normal, and yet they all had this sense of foreboding, like a villain attack but it would end with death. However, none of them could figure out why they felt like this, nothing really big had happened recently... had it?

AN: I am so sorry this took so long, I kinda tend to write whenever I have an idea and that doesn't happen very often, especially when I'm busy with other stuff. So again I apologize, I kinda have some stuff planned but I don't want the book to go too fast so I'm trying to put full conversations, if I leave stuff out though then it's most likely for plot. But anyways, byeeee hopefully I get another chapter out soon.
